Einfach nur Katastrophe!!!
Hatte ein Dreibettzimmer Business gebucht, sollte dann ein Zweitbettzimmer bekommen.
Da alle Dreibettzimmer belegt waren, bekamen wir ein "Komfor" Zweibettzimmer mit Klappsofa.
Zur Klärung der Kostenrückerstattung wäre erst zwei Tage später die Rezeptionsmanagerin vor Ort gewesen...
Das Bad war ein Highlight...! Die Toilettenspülung hätte Service arbeiten nötig gehabt, so wie die Toilettenbürste.
Da bei gebrauch das Handstück heraus kam, und der Rest von der Bürste und Stiel in dem Behälter blieb.
Der Umrichter von der Badarmatur zum Duschen, war auch Reparatur bedürftig und zu guter Letzt, wurde mir nicht mal, nach erbitten, eine Rechnung
ausgestellt, da dies eine Geschäftsreise war. Die einzige Anmerkung seitens der Rezeptionsmanagerin lautete "Ich solle mir diese bei dem Online Anbieter
ausstellen lassen, über den Ich das Hotel gebucht habe".
Als Resümee, dieses Hotel ist NICHT weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Unfortunately the room was sold with a king bed in the description but there were 2 single beds far from each other. A positive note on the breakfast, which was richer than expectations.

I have booked this hotel for one night stay and I had a mixed experience. The disappointment came from the room, which has been sold as with queen bed, but it actually had just 2 single beds, placed far from each other. The room is quite old and would indeed need a refresh. A positive note for the breakfast, which was more various than expected, considering the level of the hotel.

Very friendly, clean and lots of parking. The only down side was it is in an industrial area with not a whole lot around.

We stayed for 3 nights in May whilst attending the motor racing. Relatively easily found - located between an autobahn and commercial area. Car park just about adequate for the hotel and popular adjacent eateries. Friendly, efficient staff. Modern, clean and functional hotel. Room was comfortable and well equipped - decent bathroom with shower over bath. My room (106?) faced the autobahn and a railway line in a cutting - as I sleep with the window open, the consequent noise was to be expected! Breakfast buffet was to a good quality with plenty of choice. The ladies servicing the buffet were especially cheerful - maybe thankful for a full hotel. Unsurprisingly not cheap, as you’d expect on a weekend with an event at the circuit (minutes drive away). Convenience comes at a price!

When I made the booking, the room says queen size bed. But when i check in, the young man at the reception told me that all rooms are left with two single beds. I dont want that. So he changed me to a better room with a king size bed. It is finally solved after some small argument. The young guy is nice anyway.

Very convenient place for our needs. Clean hotel - friendly staff. The breakfast was lovely. We will stay at the ACHAT when we return to the area.
