Lovely place to stay , large comfortable beds , family was so helpful. A nice walk from the centre of the old town and river . Nice quiet street. Food market a short walk . Arranged a tour for us . Sorted a much cheaper transport to airport than we could have got . Over all a very enjoyable stay , such a helpful and friendly family.

벌레없고 시설 깔끔합니다. 방 넓고 테라스도 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 직원분들 정말 친절하시고, 수영장과 조식 모두 만족했습니다.

수영장이 있고 올드타운도 20분 거리에 있어서 산책 겸 돌아다니기 좋은 숙소네요.
다낭 가는 택시도 호텔에서 픽업도 해주시고 친절하셨습니다.

What a wonderful experience at Babylon living in the home of the family Tan & Hoa who were the perfect hosts .Helping us in many ways while we stayed in there villa the rooms where clean and tidy the breakfast was adequate for our needs . We will return as we loved this little oasis and hoi An .

Tan hosted us during our stay and service was 10/10! He would drop us off at old town if his car was free as well. Amazing place.

I love to stay here. My family love this villa. Family friendly. The room is clean and very spacious. Good for a big family. I like the connecting room. I like the place so quiet at night. The person in the lobby give you a free ride. Hot meal at breakfast. Swimming pool is good. People are very hospitable. Affordable prices!!!

We were surprised by how well the facility was kept after two years of covid. Most hotels and homestay we went to weren't. Very new and clean rooms with minibar and a lot of space. Also a decent chair and desk to work. Wifi was good. The shower has good temperature and power. There is also powerful mechanical ventilation in the bathroom, so I am sure the rooms will still be in good shape in the years to come. The pool is clean and refreshing after a day of sightseeing or going to the beach. We made use of the free bicycles, it is a short cycle to the old city and about 15 minutes to the beach. Perfect location if you ask us. The best about our experience were the owners and staff. Incredibly nice people who do everything for their guests to ensure they have a great time. The owner even picked us up from the bus, we got some nice exotic fruits and smoothies to taste and had lovely conversations with them. We extended our stay here by 3 days. Highly recommended! I usually don't make time to write long reviews like this, but since our experience was so exceptional we love to share it with you.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of Hoi An Old town, cannot find one fault with this hotel. The family who run the hotel are very friendly and genuine and each morning will give you recommendations and even offer free lifts to the old town. They offer laundry service and also Scooter rental at a good price. We stayed in the rooftop suite with a huge balcony/sun terrace, room was immaculate clean and very big for a very good price. They also off push bikes free of charge if you want to cycle to the beach/old town.
