Highly recommend ZEST, good environment, provide professional services especially the receptionist - Thuy, she always good smile and asking me every day, she always concern what's I feel, it's really nice. Zest provide free shuttle bus between hotel and old town. And free of charge to borrow a bicycle so can ride to around feel free in countryside, and enjoy every moment in Zest even stay whole day in Zest.

Location was absolutely perfect,the room was big and with everything you needed,grounds were immaculate,and the pool was amazing. Thuy and all the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you,would definitely recommend and hopefully will return soon.

Super nice boutique hotel which deserves this category - all very personal. Great set up with location a bit outside the hustle, yet well connected with their free shuttle to Hoi An and a beach (multiple times per day). Great breakfast and great pool. Excellent service by Thuy - Y!!!!

The place is a little out of the main Hoi An ***** and so you really experience the fishing town and local vibes. The resort itself is very quaint but in a stunning setting. It had a true Vietnamese feel to it. The resort staff were just incredible- nothing was too much trouble and I mean nothing. They changed our room because they wanted us to experience a better view of their surroundings which included house boats and cabins on the lake. A big shout out to Thuong and Hoa who made our stay memorable. You can hire bikes for free for as long as you need them- the resort let’s you know the best beach and areas to visit. They will collect washing from your room and will wash, dry and iron before the day is out. The bar always has a discount for guests and the happy hour is a perfect way to start or end the day. Cool off in their perfect little pool or relax at their spa which again is discounted for guests. If you are brave enough to face the heat the resort has the cutest little gym overlooking the lake in an open cabin. I would suggest drop whatever you are doing and book this place!

Beautiful location with the most attentive staff that met our every need. Thank you so much Thuy -y- Hoa and all the wonderful staff for a fantastic stay. Extensive breakfast, peaceful location with beautiful gardens and great pool. A wonderful stay, we will see you again next year.

Stayed at Zest Resort during our recent trip to Hoi An, was a beautiful location! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Enjoyed a game of pool with drinks from the bar. Massage at the spa was lovely and very relaxing. Only thing that was subpar was the size of the bottom sheet, didn’t quite tuck in the sides of the bed.. Otherwise amazing place to stay! Will definitely be staying here when we come back to Hoi An!

I stayed one night with my family (me, wife and 1 yr old baby). It is a very beautiful place in the midst of a idyllic landscape. They have bike rental for free. Perfect to explore the surrounding area. It is very clean and also no Moskitos at that time although they have a lake. Staff is always helpful. Thuy helped us a lot taking care of our baby.

My recent stay at Zest Villa was exceptional, largely due to Thuy and the supportive, friendly staff. Thuy ensured my comfort with personalized care, making me feel truly welcomed. The room was beautifully appointed, offering comfort and luxury, while the pool area was a serene spot for relaxation. The spa facilities provided a rejuvenating experience, and the attentive staff, from the front desk to the spa, were genuinely kind. I highly recommend Zest Villa for a memorable and relaxing retreat, complete with nice rooms and a lovely pool area.
