Ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de la playa.
Personal muy amable. Desayuno adaptado a vegano.
Único problema. La mosquitera no cubría toda la cama y Holbox está plagado de mosquitos.

the property met expectations. Management lead by Eva was most helpfull.
By the way, she organized private transport back to Cancun airport. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Big plus for us.

The overall stay was average. The bungalow was clean throughout the stay and the included breakfast was good. There was no one at the poolside bar during the stay. Due to storms, the beach was covered in sea****, which was only cleaned on day 3/3 for us. Overall the stay was fine but my hopes were higher for what we paid to stay (~200USD per night).

The bunglows are very nice and the property is lovely. We really enjoyed the "family" pool, which was right by our bungalow. The "adult" pool was nice, although we were disappointed that the swim up bar was not open during our stay.
Adam at reception was extremely helpful and made our visit more enjoyable!

Everything is perfect in the hotel in the middle of nature the people very kind, and the food is delicious.

It was very hot and the air-condition was not working, Toilet not working,no bar in the pool, the worse hotel i ever be,,I give 0 plus is very Expensive, please don't go in there.

Had to change rooms due to AC no working properly. After heavy rain, water leak from the ceiling. Staff was great !! Good access to beach but a good walk the the city center .

Property was close to town but also quiet. Quaint and clean. Beach was great. Distance to food/ town etc is walkable.
