This was one of the best experiences I've had in city hotels. It's very comfy and nice to be there, the rooms are really nice and with a nice view of the city. The coffe was delicious every time and the workers always so nice with the customers. Would definitely visit again! Thank u. 🇨🇦

The staff is friendly and professional. The place is very nicely decorated and has a beautiful fountain in the courtyard. The food was delicious, especially the desserts. I was visiting family but the stay there was a nice break. I would recommend it.

It has the most beautiful garden you'll ever see in Holguin city, really peaceful I loved it there. The bedroom has its unique charm that it makes cozier than ever and the people were so nice. I'll soon be back to recharge my happiness it was such a great experience.

Saratoga hotel is the perfect place to be with friends or family to have a cup of coffee and a delicious lunch or dinner, and enjoy the beauty of the place. We're grateful for the excellent service, special thanks to the waiter Frank, very nice and professional. We highly recommend to come to this place as it is one of the best options in Holguín city.

Excellent breakfast! The hotel workers are very friendly and attentive. Frank assisted us with great willingness. The food is prepared correctly. It is a very beautiful place, with a very comfortable atmosphere. The nights have a special touch

The hotel is beautiful and affordable it’s in a great spot right in downtown holguin so you can anywhere very easily. The staff is great they were very helpful all the time. The food was AMAZING, they have many options and all of them are very good, specially the desserts omg I have a sweet tooth and I really enjoyed them. I’ll definitely be back soon

It's a nice place to enjoy the city tourism.... it's right in the center of the city, the accomodations are in excellent conditions, the food is one of the best I've ever tried in my visits to Cuba, and also the service from the staff is amazing....count on a really well qualified and professional workers ....would like to come back soon, I'll ensure my good recommendations to others, thk u guys!!!

We absolutely loved this hotel! We booked 10 rooms and stayed for a wedding. It was the most amazing venue! The staff went out of their way to make it special for us. The rooms are lovely and the hotel is beautiful. We will definitely return when we are next in Cuba!
