I stay in hotels around the country 200 nights a year and this is the second negative review I’ve left, it was dirty, the air conditioner in the room sounded like a 747, and the toilet would not flush. It was so bad that I out early (other guests were not happy and were doing the same), was told at the front desk it wouldn’t be a problem and to call ******* for a refund, it turns out it was a problem and ******* cannot generate a refund without Sonders permission, which they will not give; I also spoke to the rudest and most unprofessional customer service person I have ever interacted with (based on his accent he was from/in the UK). I cannot tell everyone loudly enough to avoid this property and this brand of hotels, there are numerous other properties in this price range that you will be much happier with (Marriott, Wyndham, IHG, etc); everything from their “online”‘check in system and passcodes, to their service at the location, to their knowledge of refund policy, to their customer service people are the worst I’ve ever encountered. If I could give them a zero I would.
