Amazing hotel! The staff is very polite. The room has everything you need, and the view is breathtaking. On the downside, I can mention its location on a hill and the distance from the metro, but there is a tram stop nearby.

Room was overbooked even though I had reserved the one double bed and front desk was forcing me to take it or leave it

Good location if you're coming to the Chinese visa center. I booked a deluxe room, but I was upgraded in an executive room. It was nice and clean, the king size bed was very comfortable. The mini bar was full. The only thing I didn't like is the bathroom. It looks old, with an old bath tube. Breakfast was good, there were various things to eat, eggs, salami, Chinese food, and fresh juice.

Modern room with a large and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and open view of HK. The room is relatively large for HK. Lots of windows to bring in natural light and the rooms are quiet, offering a good night's rest, although there was some noise this time, perhaps because the hotel was busier. The location is good as it is at the junction of Causeway Bay, Wan Chai and Happy Valley. However, it is a bit of a walk to transit. Wan Chai station is about a 10 minute walk, as is the tram. It is, however, on a main road so taxis can get you around the city with ease. Although I did not purchase the breakfast option as I have my favourite breakfast spots, there is an excellent variety in the buffet. Similar to my last stay, the refrigerator was not working well but this time it was fixed as soon as I brought it to the hotel's attention. Checkout is easy and luggage storage is convenient. One note of caution is that the hotel requires a $500 HKD deposit when checking in. It was not an issue for me but you will want to have a credit card so this amount can be put on hold. The one thing I noticed this time was the dust around, and especially behind, the TV. It is somewhat understandable because the TV needs to be removed for proper cleaning, but it was surprisingly dense. The hotel needs to arrange deep cleaning of the rooms as it is a bit of a downer to an otherwise very nice room. I also noticed some dust on the top of the mirror, which is easy for the hotel to address with the cleaning staff. A small thing, but it would be nice if the curtains were secured, perhaps with velcro on the walls, to provide a stronger seal from the sunlight. Lastly, this was the first time I went to see the hotel bar, which is on the top floor. Although quite expensive, it is a beautiful space with an excellent view of HK. Certainly a nice spot to take that someone special.

Overall, quite a decent hotel. Hotel decor is quite modern with some nice touches. Room is a little small but it’s common in HK. Breakfast variety not great but good quality food. Found a stirrer that was already used and left in the container where the coffee and tea sachets are contained. That was nice pleasant and unhygienic. Housekeeping should check. Left my jacket in the hotel cupboard and called the hotel where they found it and kept it for me. The staff whom I spoke to in the phone was very efficient in settling this matter for me. That’s good and honest. Thank you.

It is clean and it's a good size for the the price, great staffs with good services, also very friendly. Will definitely stay again!

Chose this hotel to be close to the Central. Subway station is a walking distance, but there are at least 2 bus stops very close to the hotel. We used buses too, it’s convenient. I booked the room for the first time, so the hotel gave me an upgrade (I assume it means higher floor). We had breakfast included, but the front desk didn’t give us the vouchers (how could we know), so in the morning it took some time to proof we can have breakfast! Which was annoying. Also I left some food in the room fridge, and a couple of hours after the checkout they couldn’t find it. Even though they knew we leisure luggage there after the check out, so we planned to be back. I think that food could be kept for us in this case. Overall it was a pleasant time to stay there, surprisingly comfortable. Small room with small window, but that what made it cute and cozy. Breakfast modest, but nice.
