Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel

The hotel in a very good location. Compared to the room size the price is reasonable. Hotel staffs are very friendly. They have a shuttle bus to the city. Rooms are very big and , clean. They also provide a good swimming pool and gymnasium. Moreover, it's a good property.

Hotel have good location on Kowloon, journey from hotel to the Ferry take 20 minutes on foot, breakfast is chinese and european, in kitchen are no cutlery and plates.

The location of the hotel is not bad. The room size is good and comfortable. I will stay again next trip.

Great value for money, less than $1000 for a two-bedroom apartment but only one bathroom though. If you don't mind walking 15 minutes from the MTR station, then this is great to stay after all.

tick all the boxes and love the view except the couch is a bit uncomfortable

We love it coz we can cook and its like a condo unit. The shuttle service also is great always on time.

After a long trip, I got to my room and the door wouldn't open because there was a problem with my room's lock. All my luggage was inside the door and he didn't know what the problem was with the lock, so he was told to wait, but they kept a 70+ year old man standing outside the door for over 30 minutes, even though it was almost 12:00 p.m. It wasn't until after 12:00 p.m. that the lock was repaired and I was able to get into the room, but the employee said sorry twice and then disappeared. In the morning, I checked out and headed to the airport to catch my flight without even resting. The service, cleanliness, and facilities were all terrible, but I was in a hurry so I let it slide. The cleanliness and facilities were too shabby to be called a hotel, and I'll show you the pictures so you can judge for yourself. In addition to the photos I posted, you can see stained pillows, bathroom doors that wouldn't close, moldy bathroom door frames, broken bathroom drawers, and a coffee pot that looked like it was picked up from the trash. 하루종일 여행후 녹초가 되어 호텔로 들아왔으나 카드키가 고장나 문이 열리지 않더군요. 모든짐이 방안에 있는데 카드키가 고장난 원인을 모르겠다며 문앞에서 기다려 보랍니다. 12시가 되기는데 칠순이 넘은 노인을 30분 넘도록 문밖에 서있게 하는 호텔입니다. 밤 12시가 넘어서야 자물쇠가 수리되 결국 방에 들어갈수 있었지만 미안하다는 말 두번후 돌아가시더군요. 방엔 들어가서도 괘씸하고 분해 휴식도 제대로 못취한채 아침 체크아웃후 공항으로 출발해 비행기를 탔습니다. 서비스,청결도,시설 모두 최악이였지만 시간이 촉박하고 정신이 없어 넘어가려 했습니다만 사실 호텔이라하기에 민망항 정도로 초라한 청결상태와 시설하자 보여드릴테니 알아서 판단하시고 결정하세요. 현재 공개한 사진 이외에도 얼룩이 있는 배게와 문이 닫히지 않는 화장실,곰팡이 투성이 화장실 문틀,부셔져서 열리지 읺는 화장실 서랍,쓰레기통에서 주워 왔을법한 커피포트도 참고 하세요 经过一天的游行晚上到酒店，酒店房门打不开，去酒店前台换了新的房卡也不行，行李都在房间，他们让等着来工作人员，工作人员来后试了好久也不行说叫维修，但当时已经快 12 点了，让一位 70 多岁的老人在门外站了 30 多分钟，直到晚上 12 点多，门锁才修好进了房间，工作人员只说了两句道歉的话就离开了， 早上退房后，找前台经理说了此事他们也是说做不了处理，由于需要赶飞机就先走了，一天三千块的酒店服务、清洁和设施都很糟糕，酒店不做处理我只能被动接受吗？作为一家酒店服务、清洁和设施实在接受不了，我给你们看照片，但你们可以自己判断， 除了照片，你们还可以看到污渍的枕头、关不上的马桶、发霉的厕所门框、破损的马桶抽屉、关不上的厕所门，以及像是从垃圾桶里捡来的烧水壶，真的不能理,严重影响了我奶奶的休息，70十多岁还不能休息她真的很崩溃

The location is very good. It is a little farther from shops and restaurants although tere is a cafe and a shop. Swimming pool was not working.

In a very convenient location and we made great use of the free shuttle bus to the metro station and Nathan road. This will always be my first choice of hotels to stay in HongKong.
