We have stayed at St Regis for our wedding. The hotel is beautiful. The stuff was extremely helpful to help to provide us a lot of different things before the wedding day. A special thanks for the bottle of champagne in our room after the wedding day. We would come back again with a big pleasure.

Best hotel Butler service ever. My hotel Butler do the best customer service in the world. She did write and hand draw the thanks and welcome card to us. It is really special and touching. Everything is good and highly recommend.

Amazing stay here. Staff is very nice and friendly. Very good to have unlimited tea and coffee! Breakfast is superb!

Very good customer service. The room is clean. The dining restaurant is good experienced. The food is good.
However, the air conditioning cannot regulated to my ideal temperature. I feel hot when asleep.

Amazing hotel! Service wise nothing comes close to any of our previous stays in HK. Having been in China the last 3 years, this was our first time out of China as a couple together and St. Regis made sure our stay was comfortable before our arrival. Their staff and concierge are great to work with and very accommodating. The rooms and amenities in the room are great. One small issue is the location, it is a walk, MTR or Taxi which isn't an issue for us as walking is only about 15-20min to shopping malls. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend but make sure you check if the pool is open, it was closed during our stay.
