Convenience plus! This hotel is close to everything. Close to the water, close to the wharf where you can catch a boat to Kowloon and close to shops. The rooms were simple and clean. The staff were very helpful.They have a optional small buffet for breakfast. It was okay, it had the basics. Overall a very pleasant stay.

A great hotel , love staying there , have been here maybe 5 times now while in Hong Kong , location is good and the service is always very friendly

Hotel has excellent location in Wanchai. It's clean and staff are very friendly. You can store your luggage if you want after departure even for a couple of days. Late checkout can be negotiated. Aircon is very loud though and beds are quite hard. After all I have stayed there many times and can recommend it if Wan Chai is the place you want to go.

Staff are very nice and polite. The maid greeted me every morning with a smile, so as the lobby staff. The location is very convenient and easy to find. There are many restaurants nearby. I found couple of good steakhouses around the area. The room is clean and tidy. Lobby staff are helpful. I left the hotel in the early morning to the airport, the staff has helped me to get a taxi, very helpful. This hotel is highly recommended for sure.

The location is great, but again the service could be better. The room was fine, but there are always little things which doesn't leave us a good impression afterwards such as (not giving us a new soap once we finished the old one, we left dirty cups and nobody washed them) also we asked if we could do check out at 3 PM and we had to pay 300 dollars extra (sometimes if the room is free next day the hotel allowed it do it for free, especially since we stayed many times in this hotel)
