Awful stay, quarantine hotel in HK. Even after Covid, NEVER THERE AGAIN. The room is extremely humid if you keep the air conditioning close because it is too noisy and you try to get some piece. The ceiling of the bathroom was leaking water !!! Some times during the night some times during the day. The curtains DO NOT OPEN. You cannot look clearly outside ! The top of the top was discovering these towels below !!!! Disgusting !!!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days of mandatory quarantine. The room was generally clean and room supplies were adequate, but not excessive. The location was convenient and we did not have the chance to check out the facilities. But I found that the food delivery was particular disappointing. In particular, they delivered breakfast between 8am-10am, lunch between 12-2pm and dinner 6-8pm. On the first day, we did not receive the breakfast until 9:50am (despite repeated calls for follow up) and then got our lunch at 12:15pm. We finally skipped our lunch on that day. They also had the rule that garbage put outside the room would be subject to $100 fine if they were not done within certain time slots. For the price paid, we had a better experience with another quarantine hotel.

Booked for family trip, requested two double beds and hotel made it for me (tho they didn’t reply my confirmation email). Room is spacious for Hong Kong, good location at Tsim sha Tsui and right in front of Isquare and beside Chong wing tower, expected 10min walk from mrt station. Hotel staff is friendly and react fast. No deposit requested. With quality conditioner and lotion. Recommend for people travelling to Hong Kong and prefers tsim sha tsui

Amenities in Room are very comfort as required.
And the same refilled frequently.
Guest Satisfaction is important for the staff.
Cocktail spread was unique and delicious.
The staff were alert in refilling.
The lounge's interiors are sophosticated and with perfect lighting.
Aimma and Alma were very attentive and accommodating.
Definitely Will come back for this luxurious service. Well done!

The location is really nice and convenient.The breakfast have salmon sashimi.That’s more than expectation.The hair conditioner in the bath room is useful and good smell.I browse the IHG official webset want to buy the hair conditioner，but did not find it.If the hotel employee can see the message can you tell me where I can buy the conditioner,thank u.

The hotel is very convenient and about 1 min walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui mtr exit. The room size is big, 2 double bed for 2 pax is very comfortable.
