Great location and bigger than we expected, with a comfortable lobby area.

- the location is very convinient. Close to a bus station to the airport and just a 20 minutes walk to the central district
- friendly staff
- the rooms are a bit noisy, but I think that is normal in Hong Kong
-did not try the restaurant/breakfast
- can recommend the hotel

The hotel is quite a distance from metro. Better to bring an umbrella if you’re going to go on rainy season as there’s no shade at all. The hotel staff is not so friendly. They already prepared a template and passed to me so that I can review them on Tripadvisor. First time in my life I experienced this and it totally shocked me. They won’t let you to have early check in as they claimed all their rooms are fully booked. The room certainly needs some retouch. The air is very humid and wet inside the room so they provide you a dehumidifier in the room.

Nothing much to complain except for the supposed "upgrade" that I was given. Turned out the room had 2 beds, 1 single a one double. I was supposed to get one single queen so how is this supposed to be better? I ended up with an extra bed that I didn't need and a small double bed vs the queen. You were fully booked on that day and probably gave my room to someone else, sold me this upgrade which ******. Will not return

Location is the best thing of this hotel. Circle K is opposite to hotel’s door, 7-11 is right in next corner and Wellcome Supermarket is the best place to buy stuffs like foods, beverages and all located just few steps away, you can see where it is by look straight right out the door’s hotel. There is also Tram stop infront of Wellcome which is closer than MRT station. The only down side of this hotel is that from lobby level, you have to life your luggages up to the elevator level like in the photo is post. That can be troublesome and not disable friendly.
