Booked 1 night on Trip.com due to good price compared with HP sister hotels (i.e. HP Metropolis, Harbour Grand), but it was not the right choice finally. The hotel gave me a room with kitchen and when I opened mircowave door, there was bad smell and oily inside. Inside refrigerator, it was not clean too. I have been many business hotels in HK and other countires, but this was my first bad experience among 4 star rating hotels. The steel fabric chair was also terrible cause creaking sound when sitting down - Of course, NOT comfotable at all. The only good thing of this hotel was you can take MTR and Airport Bus in front of hotel. I will not recommend this hotel if someone ask me. Thanks.

This was a solid stay for the price and location. Conveniently located, just a short 2-3 min walk from Quarry Bay Exit C. Jason and Eric at the front desk were super friendly and even upgraded us to the top floors given we were checking in a bit later in the day. The shower pressure was very nice, and the AC very comfortable. For the price and location would happily stay again.

Stayed here many times before, the front desk was very nice and helpful, especially Charles who did check in for me, very patience and professional
Also the housekeeping was very nice and professional.
Room was nice and clean as usual as photos
Location was good, close to mtr and lots food choices
The only down was they dont have adaptor for foreign countries products
But overall was very decent, highly recommended

stayed for 1 night and did not notify us upon booking that the poil is closed. As I book for my Daughter, she wanted to swim.

This was an add on night to my stay. Put simply, a decent hotel if the price is right but I would not pay a premium. Reason being the hotel is quite old and while it is conveniently located near transit, it is a bit far from the central districts.

The hotel does its job adequately with no surprises. Rooms are pretty large for Hong Kong at this price point and it’s conveniently located near exit C quarry bay station.
A few refreshes are definitely needed in a certain areas : TV should be replaces with one that has smart functions or supports screen mirroring, carpets hide a lot of dirt and should be replaced with modern floor boards.
Suggest everyone to bring their own toiletries as almost none is provided.
