Eaton HK

馬桶裏還有上一位的廁紙，房間很小很簡陋，有點像招待所。正好是香港最冷的幾天，被子超級薄很冷。就是國內100多的招待所我花了1000多一晚住的。可能是人生住過的最簡陋的酒店了。打掃衞生的姐姐服務態度很好也很積極。前台的服務也很及時。人沒問題酒店太差。

也許是香港寸土寸金的問題，房間很小，大床房居然是兩個單人床給拼在一起，沒有正常的單瓶礦泉水，一個大玻璃瓶子塞個木塞，貼個封條，寫着純凈水，但是誰敢喝，那個瓶子是循環使用的，裏面的水裝的什麼水，裝多久了？空調開關也是老式的那種旋轉的，沒有窗簾，兩個可以滑動的模板充當窗簾，樓下KTV唱到半夜兩三點。但是前台服務還可以，我忘記帶轉換插頭了，本來是問前台哪裡能買到，她説酒店可以提供，這個還是很好。

前幾天在灣仔，最後一天入住逸東，價格差不多，比較起來房間小一半，服務沒有談不上，因為小隔音就很差，門外如果有別的住客就很吵，床在衞生間門口所以床上有紅螞蟻爬來爬去，一衹一衹來抓了上十衹，晚上不敢遲遲不敢睡覺怕還來被它咬，躺下後又有一衹爬出來。不會再入住這裏。

Location is great being 5min away from Jordan MTR. Right smacked between Jordan and Yau Ma Tei, walkable to Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui. 7-11 and 2 small eateries across and Starbucks right at the corner. Chinese restaurant and a food hall right at the basement of the hotel. Check-in staff wasn’t overly zealous but process was smooth. Nothing too friendly but decent. Complimentary cake as it was my partners birthday when we stayed at the hotel. Was in the midst of the typhoon, and as a tourist, it wasn’t what we are used to. Besides a note to inform about the typhoon, there wasn’t anything else that the hotel provided. Most of the food hall did not provide take away despite weather conditions. Even the in-house restaurant did not do take out. No car services to the airport and it was challenging to get to the airport during the weather. All in all. I will return as the location is too good.

Super small room , poor quality beds and shower stuff, not even tooth paste and brush .

3pm came and waited for check in but at least 50 person is waiting, omg, never book this hotel anymore, unbelievable service have to wait for stupid check in for how long?

Didn't expect the lifts to the rooms are outside the door and how the staffs worn surprised me as well.

Worse weekend staycation experience. I stay in hotel everyweek end with my gf, we regularly stay in the 2 other hotels on Nathan Road (on tst side, one above Donki and other one across K-11), that are in the same price range, and eaton hotel is just so sub par. 1. Check-in time: we waited over 45 minutes just to check in. The check in queue is so long it went from the lobby all the way down the stairs to the food hall. Never had this issue at the other hotels. 2. Gym: the gym is a absolute joke, I wont even call it a gym. Its 3 treadmills just placed outside the lift. An empty room with some dumbells. Definitely the worse hotel gym I have been in. 3. Pool: again this pool is a joke. The photos looked nice, but the actual pool is smaller than your room. Maybe if they zone off the pool for 2 people’s use per session, you can take some nice photos. 4. Room: the room is so poorly designed, i stayed in the “studio room”, there was no storage space at all, difficult to even unpack my back pack. 5. No HDMI connection to TV: this is the worse of all. I booked 2 nights like my every other weekend, we cant even use the TV. Like seriously it is 2021, and the TV wont allow us to plug in our HDMI. (TV is inside a case that is part of the room’s poor design). 6. Short Bed, bad pillow: i am not even 170 and I find the bed to be very short. Also the pillow is one of the worse hotel pillows I have slept on. 8. Cleanliness: overall it does not look too bad, but when you look at the shower room, where the shower gel / shampoo is placed, it is all mouldy. This again i think is the poor room design, i do not blame the cleaners as it is hard to clean. 7. Poor location: last but not least, the hotel is quite far from mtr. This was known and I thought it was ok, but together when everything else was so poor, this became unacceptable. Not when I had to walk 10 minutes to the MTR after 2 very frustrating nights. No Gym, No Pool, cant even stay in the room to watch netflix (no HDMI). Absolute disaster! I would not recommend Eaton hotel to anyone doing weekend staycations. Maybe its ok if you are on a short business stay where you want the room only.
