We love the location as it’s very convenient to access anywhere we like. MRT stations are nearby within walking distance.
Cleanliness - just average.
Service- concierge service is good and friendly.
We would like to voice out our concern regarding noise pollution during night time. It was nearly 11pm which was supposed to be rest time for next morning’s work. Upstairs they were dragging tables and chairs non stop and we were told by the manager that the upstairs ballroom had just finished an event and they’re doing cleaning. What a ridiculous answer! Even funnier was that the manager said to go back to him if we were still hearing the noise after 20 min ie about 11:30pm. We couldn’t sleep till even after 12 midnight as the noise was still going on! We were so disappointed as we didn’t expect a 5 star hotel could have such bad service, not even a word of apology!

I like every moment staying in the place.
The environment is nice, the staffs were very friendly and helpful, and it’s located at one of the most busiest district in hk.

We booked a suite70 for 4 nights stay. It was pleasant!! The hotel cares every little small details like free pocket wifi for guest to use while in hk. A bose loud speaker, Nespresso machine, twg teabags. We are impressed!!! The location is perfect for shops and restaurants. Will definitely come back again!!!

It is good location next to donkidonki but with the same price you can book other hotel same level but newer room. It is good like 10 years ago but every is old carpet is ripping better renovate. I stayed here second time but wont be staying here again. I found other newer hotel even hotel that built same time they all renovated already no idea why it still stick to the old theme even tho every time i visit i saw many customer so i assume business is doing great.

The Mira hotel is so conveniently located that we could take the hotel lift right to Dondondonki! (Situates in the same building) Access to train stations was convenient too. Hotel service is prompt and efficient. Would 10/10 recommend this hotel! Even the pool and spa amenity was fanstastic. Beautiful and clean!

Hotel in the heart of TST HK. Everything within a doorstep away and with access to convenient transport facilities. Don’t order food/in room dining, though as it’s expensive for what it is and in TST there are much better options for less. Ordered a cheese burger which cost $40 usd and was quite average , not sure if it was suppose to be wagyu meat or not. However, would stay again as I frequently visit the hotel outdoor bar with friends when in town .

It was a great hotel with excellent service and amenities. The front desk was very helpful. The swimming pool was great! you can find everything you need from towels to slippers and hairdryers. It was super clean as well the room. Although it’s in the center, rooms are very quiet so slept peacefully. Definitely come back here again!
