Güler yüzlü personel ve iyi konum. Hayal kırıklığına uğradım, oda HK'deki en büyük odaydı ama koku hoş değildi (küf kokuyordu), temizlik zayıftı, duşta ve havluların içinde saç buldum. Fiyat haklı değil.

Bu otelin konumu iyi. Lüks hissi olmadan kalmak için basit bir yer. Mikrodalga fırın, tabak takımı ve mutfak aletleri mevcuttur. Kapı iyi kapanmadı ve duş sıcaklığı çok sıcaktan çok soğuğa doğru değişiyordu. Ancak alışverişe ve sahile yakın kalacak bir yere ihtiyacınız varsa işe yarar.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing. Starting from the check-in until checkout, everything was smooth, fast and clear. The room was more like a serviced-apartment with everyday cleaning service, laundry, shoe cleaning. The room has a small kitchen area with a kettle, a sink, dishware for 2 people, a microwave and a small refrigerator. We stayed in studio deluxe room was 3 nights and it was extremely clean (which really deserved 4/5 rating shown on Trip.com and that was our main criteria for choosing this hotel). We had esims so we haven’t tried their wifi nor have we checked if they had an internet 😊. Visitors to Hong Kong need to pay attention to socket types (you can see them from the pictures). Restroom was clean, seemed well maintained, and the shower has shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, each 300ml, installed to the wall. The bed mattress was sturdy and bed sheets were so clean (loved it!!!). I loved staying in Modena by Fraser Hong Kong, so I’ll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is good but the rooms are very small, there should be someone present in the lobby always but sometimes you might not find anyone, overall a good experience.

Very spacious for HK Many amenities like iron etc But the rooms are noisy. I could hear everything in the hallway. Especially annoying in the mornings when housekeeping is cleaning so they woke me up every morning. Airco also a bit cold because the fan is blowing at the bed

This is by far the best hotel I've booked in Hong Kong. It offers great value for the price, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. What sets it apart is its focus on catering to both travel-conscious individuals and families, providing fully equipped kitchens with utensils and appliances such as ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and electric stoves. The staff is incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to assist guests. We were pleasantly surprised to receive three bottles of water daily, and when we faced an emergency with our baby, the lady staff member whose shift is at night provided us with an exceptional support. She truly went above and beyond. More blessings to her.

In terms of walkability and convenience, this hotel is good - about a 7 to 10 minutes' walk from Exit C / H / R of Tsim Sha Tsui Station. I walked past it though, as it's quite discreet and unflashy. I got an early check-in as well. The room is like it looks in the official hotel picture, plus a couple of years' worth of wear and tear. The street noise does come up a fair bit though. The in-room amenities are adequate, the size is alright for the price point (esp given it's Hong Kong). If I was with my family I wouldn't put them up here, but for a solo trip it'll do.

A decent hotel in an amazing location. About a 3 to 5 minute walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro station and a 3 minute walk to the AirPort Express bus (Kowloon Park Drive Stop). You can tell that the hotel has been renovated however, it is clean and a decent size. The location is very good on Ashley Street where the hotel is located there’s lots of bars and restaurants to choose and a 7/11 right outside. It’s also very close to Nathan Road one of the main streets of Kowloon where you can walk to other districts within 30 minutes. A great stay!

Recommended hotel in TST area. Friendly staff, clean room and near the MTR station. I would love to stay here again!
