Çok sıcak ve güler yüzlü bir karşılama ile resepsiyon görevlisi araçtan valize yardıma kadar geldiler, yardımcı oldular.

Room was considered spacious in Hong Kong. There was a connecting bridge to Citygate shopping mall which was packed with restaurants, outlets and a cinema.

From shuttle service, housekeeper, room, frontdesk, amenities, toiletries and all the services provided from our check in to check out is PERFECT. I love novotel!!! If we visit hong kong again i will surely book for this hotel again. I love its location.

Very nice location if you are only going for a stopover in HK. Just right next to the outlet mall and 5-10 mins drive to airport and disneyland.

Nice hotel next to shopping mall, good view, have baby beds) but internet was very slow, have to wait for voice messages in apps

Love the strategic location as it’s connected to the citygate outlets. Very convenient with the airport shuttle service as well. Room is spacious and clean even though abit dated. The welcome amenity is a nice touch.

PLUS: Location was good as it is connected to the outlet mall. It's close to the airport and has free airport shuttle service. Room size is big compared to most HK hotels in the city. It's close to Lantau island and Disneyland.
MINUS: Furnitures are a bit dated and needs upgrading. TV channels very limited.
OVERALL: still a very comfortable stay! Good place to stay if u only have a day or two in HK.
