Ah wow very wonderful room the price is not very high the room is clean and very private hotel staff is very nice omg the views from my room with this price is very hard to find a good hotel like this I will come back to visit next time and please the ocean view or sea views is the best for me love you 😍

Newly renovated and very pretty hotel. Room is new and clean. Downside is that the closest MTR station has no lift, so it’s hard to get heavy and bulky luggage to the hotel if you are not taking a taxi.

Good location, front dest staff is helpful too . Very pleasant stay and i'm really enjoy and will book again for ny next stay.

The hotel’s beauty strikes you as soon as you enter the main hall. The rooms are very clean and amenities are mostly in a good state. Unfortunately, our stay started very badly as we were assigned a room that was not on par with what I booked (the guy I dealt with during check-in also lacked politeness and kindness). We got assigned a room for disabled, which means a very basic bathroom without anything else than a sink. I had to call the front desk twice to correct the issue, after which I was assigned a very nice room. I can say they made up for their mistake. Next to this, location is prime, with lots of shop and restaurants nearby and the Fortress Hill station requiring nothing more than a short walk to reach. The cleaning ladies are also very kind, like almost always in Hong Kong. Overall, this is a nice hotel I would probably stay at again, but only after making sure the room I got assigned is aligned with my expectations.

Good service starting my arrival to departure, the staff show well trained and professional. The room are clean and have comfortable beds. All show with a commitment to making our stay comfortable.

Location was okay, close to Forest Hill Exit B. The walkway leading to the information area is adorned by gold and flowers. It looked aesthetic. Many shops around the area. However, we had a hard time looking for the hotel entrance. Lifts are hard to locate as well. Room size is a bit small. Room had a bad smell. Towels and duvets smell like chlorine. We requested for housekeeping services on our second day but never came. Had to remind the front desk for it. Limited toiletries provided as well, just toothbrush kit and nothing else. Shampoo bottle was not refilled. Front desk assistant during our check-out wasn’t respectful and accommodating at all.
