For over 100 years, Arctic Hotel Nordkapp, by the old name HAVLY, has been a safe haven for visitors and fishermen to Honningsvåg. This hotel roots and traditions dating back to the old sailors' home founded in 1928. In 1944 hotel was ruined by the II w.w. and rebuild in 1952. Arctic hotel Nordkapp (Havly) is a different and exciting hotel, having been originally a shelter created by the Lutherans who welcomed the passing fishermen and visitors in town, offering them food and shelter as well as access to education and religious ceremonies in the chapel - now known as a Havly restaurant. Arctic Hotel Nordkapp has a fantastically good and central location in the city centre, in a main street Storgata, within local shops, grocery shops, restaurants, bus station to Nordkapp, and cultural offerings. Hurtigruten Terminal is only 300 meters away and the nearest airport ,Valan, is 3.7 km away. Hotel has been renovated in 2018. standard class rooms upgraded in 2024, with new beds, TV and kettles. Superior and family rooms are total renovated in 2024. All rooms has private bathrooms, desk with a good lighting and quality beds. All rooms have free wifi/wireless internet with easy connection and breakfast included in the price of accommodation. Hotel does not have elevator.Daha Fazla Göster

Old,no lift, it would also be passable (the room was clean, good breakfast) but the person who manages it is the most unpleasant character we have ever seen, totally unsuitable for managing an accommodation facility. First of all there is almost never anyone at the reception, just entering the hotel is challenging as the door is always closed, the character in question gets annoyed at every simple and obvious request, such as booking a table for dinner (annoyingly he explained that on January 1st the choice would be limited because he hadn't done the shopping and had no waiters, as if this depended on by customers); or like the very simple request to call a taxi for the next morning (he immediately said that it would be very difficult to find available taxi drivers, at which point i called the Honningsvag taxi number and within 30 seconds we had the taxi booked); and finally, he ignored our request to leave us a breakfast bag for the morning of checkout since we had to leave at 5 am, which we were assured upon arrival. Furthermore, the only hotel we have ever stayed in that didn't even have a kettle of water in the room. I hope that the hotel can change management as soon as possible.

Location is right in the middle of town and only on-street parking available (free until 0900 am) Mattresses are completely worn out, lumpy and hard. Should have been replaced a long time ago. Walls and floors/ceiling are paper thin and talk & snoring from other rooms are fully audible. Clean but super small bathroom. Friendly staff but reception not 24hrs. Phone number is available. Restaurant Havly closed on Mondays Breakfast included

Belle surprise que cet hôtel, dont la façade, au centre de Honningsvag, n'attire pas les regards de prime abord!... Mais la "richesse", c'est l'équipe, Lituanienne et d'une amabilité, prévenance, et gentillesse incroyables! Délicatesse à l'accueil, au restaurant, avec une petite carte, certes pas très fournie, mais de très bonne qualité. Encombrés par des affaires à laver, la patronne nous a proposé de les emmener chez elle pour les passer à la machine, restitution le lendemain (nous y sommes restés 3 nuits), avec le sourire et le plaisir d'avoir pu rendre service! Allez y sans réserve, vous ne serez pas déçus avec l'ultime étape du "Cap Nord"!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider keinen Aufzug und unser Zimmer war im 4. Obergeschoss. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach, dass Bett war durchgelegen und hatte zwei unterschiedliche und viel zu große Topper drauf. Das Badezimmer war sauber und modern.

Hotel carino in una posizione ottima per raggiungere Capo Nord e sfruttare il biglietto di 24 ore per Nordkapphallen. La camera era piccola, tanto che abbiamo dovuto appoggiare la valigia a terra sulla moquette, ma confortevole. Il bagno spazioso, con asciugacapelli a parete e doccia ampia con box. Personale molto gentile. La colazione è stata abbondante e completa. Il posto auto lungo la strada è gratis dalle 17 alle 9.

Vrij basic hotel, kleine kamer, zee kleine badkamer. Mijn man moest dwars op het toilet zitten omdat er te weinig ruimte is. Verder is het zeer schoon en netjes! Goede gordijnen hetgeen absoluut nodig is in deze omgeving aangezien er 24/7 daglicht is. Overall gezien is het relatief duur voor wat je krijgt. Helaas zijn er weinig opties in de omgeving vd Noordkaap.

Siamo stati in questo hotel durante il nostro tour della lapponia isole lofoten e su fino a capo nord , le camere sono molto piccole ma molto pulite e l'host è stato gentile e disponibile ci ha dato dei consigli su dove cenare e sul convoglio che porta capo nord, a colazione è varia e abbastanza buona
