Didn’t know there is an extra parking fee on a daily basis before we get there, but everything else is perfect.

The room had an amazing view and the bed was very comfortable. The appliances were pretty antique and the shower was horrid. It went from scalding to lukewarm in seconds. They were working on the hot water system after we left so it might be improved.
Overall we had a very good holiday as the location was amazing. Just a couple of minutes to beach or the shops and the room was very quiet as it overlooks a park. Some updating would make it truly amazing, although the price might escalate as well.

The castle is on right on the beach, close to everything. We had a good, and it’s in the middle of everything.

Great views from the higher floors in the property. Can't beat the views.
Our unit was very clean but somewhat dated and there was no daily housekeeping so had to launder the towels only to find our the dryer didn’t work. The front desk were prompt on getting it fixed. The new elevator is a needed improvement and worked fast.
Lovely new redesign and decor in the front lobby. All staff helpful and courteous.

The property was great with very nice staff on site! We loved the quiet hours. Beach was very convenient and we never had to fight for a spot there was plenty of room even on crowded days. The ABC store was very close and dinning within walking distance. My family and I would definitely stay again.

The location, view, amenities (in- suite laundry and kitchen) make this place a very good option in Waikiki.

A little older and signs of her age, but exceptionally clean and cared for. All rooms have an excellent view, especially on Friday night after sun down. PLAN to be on your balcony, with a drink in hand, on Friday evening just after dark. Smaller independent without some of the amenities of the larger surrounding chain hotels, but the stuff they don't have is the stuff you would use anyway, so you wont miss it. I would say this place is best suited to Adults w/o young children. There were plent of families while we were there and ther was NOT a problem, just likely a little harder to keep them entertained. Walls are a little thin and you can annoy neighbors easily if you aren't reasonably conscientious. Our room was perfect for 2. SMALL beach area in front of hotel is a bit busy, but it's Waikiki, and you get a discount for Umbrella and Beach chair rental (highly recommend) Would recommend to a friend, Would do again.

It was amazing! We had a gorgeous room with a pretty amazing view. The location was perfect, very close to everything we wanted to do.

The cleanliness was absolutely awful.
Rooms were severely outdated. 10 inch tvs.
Old couches, tiny beds with uncomfortable mattresses.
Dirty and dusty. Fridge was dirty with dried up foods stained about. Dirty utensils. Just completely awful all around.
Very cheap with the house keeping supplies.
Had to literally beg for toiletries.
