Las instalaciones muy comodas.
La limpieza muy buena.
Solo falta personal en la Recepcion para atender mas eficientemente a los Huespedes.

This location is great, close to everything, lots of shopping and restaurants on site but lots of other options in walking distance
Some things to note
Parking onsite is $65/ night we parked across the street for much cheaper
The Grand Islander is not well marked, after traveling all day we arrived at 11:30pm, tired and hungry, we found it very frustrating to find the location
Overall we still had a great time

My stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly and approachable. Very close to the beach. Lots of shopping close by. My only issue is the parking. It is quite expensive. Other than that, everything else is great.

No valet at Grand Islander so had to park in a garage parking building a few blocks away. Adds time with traffic.

Beautiful and clean location and great surroundings. TV channels are streaming and at times connection is not good.
Entrance to the hotel is confusing and during check in staff should have shared with us that there are fireworks at our hotel and should share more about relevant info we should know.

My family and I travel to Hawaii often and the experience we had at this hotel during our stay was horrible. Considering the price we pay per night, service and staff were disappointing.

What I like about Hilton Grand vacation the Gran Islander was the very helpful and accomodating staff Shizuko. She patiently waited while I was trying to resolve my business card issue. The place is very accesible to everything. The daily activities which I did look forward everyday we were there.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving week. When we arrived we were told about all the fees and towel cards and parking.
1. Park across the street at the car park.
2. We went out and purchased shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. On the last night we needed to wash a quick load and asked the front desk if they had any for purchase. The employee states, “Oh no, you are supplied these daily, we are sorry we did not.” While we were out on the last day the maintenance folks had installed bathroom shampoo, conditioner and body wash holders and left a full bottle of conditioner. I spoke with the manager about the lack of this service and she was very rude and told me they were not a hotel and they did not supply.edits what I stated. It was not a pleasant experience with the management team.
