Beautiful view, but walking distance kinda farther. The day I check out early in the morning, I called to front desk to ask if any one can come to check the room while we walk down to lobby, but the service was rude hung up without saying goodbye. They don’t have room cleaning here during your stay so prepare. We had breakfast at this Hotel is really breath taking view, but again the service is not excellent and the english muffins was burned.

地理位置不錯，斜對面就是威基基沙灘。部分房間可以看到海景，入住贈送了冰淇凌券。
酒店式公寓，沒有客房打掃，可以電話至前台換毛巾，垃圾袋
設施老舊，電梯無力吐槽……4部電梯輪流壞，天天體驗半層樓自由落體，被困電梯😅（最大載重16人，實際7人就會壞）

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. Friendly staff who responded instantly to all requests. My room was on the 23rd floor with a beautiful view of the city and mountains. The room is spacious, clean, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Thanks to the hotel staff, I will definitely return to you.

Unfortunately there are a few things that keep the Ilikai from being great. Poor service, dated hotel and a lack of housekeeping (once every 4days during a stay).
The next door Hilton or for a similar price a Waikiki hotel would be a better option.

Great hotel, great location but wouldn’t say it’s kid friendly, lots of rules, no jumping in the pool etc.
rooms were good and the amenities close by were great.

Property is nice - just no housekeeping. Luckily, we were there only a few days. The only parking is Valet - $45/day

The property is amazing! Great location. Wonderful, helpful, kind, and patient staff. The room was clean and user friendly, bright and uplifting.
The only downside is the price for parking. $40 per day is ridiculous for guests to have to pay. Even $20 per day would be more fair. However, I think that guests of the hotel should be able to park for free, but a little parking fee is fine. $40 per day is too steep!!
