Okay hotel. The Food is fine. The staff so so. The swimmingpool area was heated by a very noisy heater that dominated the room. The sauna Area was COLD and the changing facilities were not good and practical. People therefor walked in and out with outdoor shoes in the shower area. There were no hooks and seats in the changing boxes and no towels. This is not up to standard.

The room was very disappointing, it was thick dust everywhere, finger marks all over the windows, cobwebs in the bathroom, dead bugs in the bath, grout in shower mouldy, a door stop behind the door so doesn’t open fully, making it difficult to get in through the door. No mirrors in the room, very poor lighting for getting ready the only mirror is in the bathroom, overall I was very disappointed especially the cleanliness. I wouldn’t stay here again!

The pastoral setting recharged my emotional and mental levels. The food was excellent. The staff was energetic.

The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever experienced. It was really a pleasure and there wasn't a thing they didn't want to help with.
I got help with portable air conditioning, charger for my labtop, etc.
I give my best recommendations.

I thought the overall property looked old in that paint work was needed on the staircases, walls and carpets looked worn.
Having said that the people were top class, very professional and made you feel welcome.
