Hotel & Spa Villa Seren

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in hossegor. Great location - walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms were amazing with incredible views of the water. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends, and I’ll hopefully be back again soon

Villa Seren, Soorts Hossegor A beautiful find in a fabulous, upmarket spot on the estuary; ruined by miserable, unmotivated staff. A place with incredible bedrooms but lacking the love: Looking forward to a bath? You need to be a giant to reach the wall soap dispenser or the on/off buttons for the taps. So, it’s an updown, updown sort of experience, and hold on tight whilst manoeuvering or you’ll skid on the slimy bath floor created by the soap being dispensed above. Maybe just don’t bother with the bath because the maid hasn’t reached in to clean the soap scum from the sides from the last guest! Fancy a dip in the pool, or a laze on the uncomfy sunloungers? Only if you have booked, or it’s after 4pm: ridiculous. A place full of rules where there’s no greeting in the spa but they miraculously come running after you to scold you for not taking your shoes off!! Restaurant, bar and reception staff all had a couldn’t care less attitude. Menu very limited, many better places to eat in the town such as the excellent Bistro Balneare Solution: motivate and train your staff and get the management to sleep in a room!

My wife and I often return and holiday in Hossegor and this was our first time at Hotel Seren. Superbly presented hotel, lovely staff and fantastic location. Will certainly stay here next time we visit.

What a wonderful hotel made even more special by its location Fantastic food and above all amazing staff who are delighted to help with anything you could need . The rooms are spectacular with large balconies and every creature comfort

Lovely place with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were great and excellent attention to detail throughout the entire hotel. Location is in front of the lake and within ten minute drives of lots of places.

Modern, contemporary and smart decor, lovely friendly staff, super clean, nice little spa, right by the lake, nice views, good sized rooms, really varied and tasty breakfast with local produce, close to the town but far enough away so that it's a great break. Really comfy bed and pillows too.

What a wonderful gem of a hotel with the most amazing and truly helpful staff. The staff went out of their way to assist during my stay well beyond what I had expected. The food was divine. And the setting perfect for a long enjoyable dinner. Great wine too. The rooms were perfectly appointed and the view was stunning and varied

A wonderful hotel in its own right. In a beautiful location made all the more special by the amazing staff. They could not help any more if they tried. Each guest was made feel very special whether at check in or anywhere else. Bravo
