"Hilton Niseko is strategically located at Niseko Village and ski resort is a next steps away. The hotel looks a dated by overall interior still looks just fine. Hotel service is superb and amenities are great. Places to eat are only available a few and for more affordable foods you have to go Hirafu. Shuttle bus is available to Hirafu and kutchan station. Onsen at the hotel is absolutelly stunning. Very well recimmended hotel overall"

"先説説大堂吧 很小 像是精品酒店，然後再來説服務 ，前台服務態度還可以 但是真的速度效率非常非常慢 我定了四間房 checkin在大堂硬生生拖了半小時左右 我不知道流程到底是怎麼樣的，餐飲部整體服務遠好於前台，特別是有個小姑娘會中文的，整體服務有温度 我半夜想下樓喝一點 但是關門了，我打算上樓了 她還是讓我坐着先 她來想辦法。 酒店湯泉應該比柏悦的好，但是如果再次去的話 二世谷我應該衹選擇柏悦，這家麗思卡爾頓就一棟小樓與四星級的精品酒店沒有什麼差別…… 柏悦不論從雪場還是服務又或者是餐飲都遠好於麗思，如果不信邪的可以去試試，本人萬豪鈦金 凱悦是環球客 兩家的待遇及硬件相差太大 其他不多説了 我上圖片"

"Overall a great stay. The biggest advantage is the convenience. It is truly ski in ski out, which makes it very easy to access the slopes without needing to travel anywhere. The slopes here are also very beginner friendly. They are not too steep, which makes it a comfortable place to learn or practice skiing. I also took a 2 hour private ski lesson arranged through the hotel. Our instructor, Yuki, was very friendly, patient, and encouraging, which made the learning experience enjoyable. The only downside was the food. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had quite limited variety, and the taste was just average. Considering the price we paid, the food did not feel very worth it. Overall, it is still a good place to stay if you want convenience and easy access to beginner friendly slopes. Just do not expect too much from the buffet."

"We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Niseko Hirafu ski resort. It offers spacious and comfortable Japanese-style rooms. Please note that there are only stairs available for carrying your luggage. However, the hotel outdoor hot springs (Onsen), which provide a breathtaking view of the picturesque snowy scenery. If you're planning a self-driving trip, I highly recommend considering this hotel as it guarantees a delightful experience."

"住了六晚上 房間非常乾淨 服務態度非常好 晚飯是傳統日本定食。食材新鮮健康，老婆懷孕不能吃生的給換了菜單，我後面吃海鮮過敏也給換了菜單。有一天沒趕上晚飯去安努普利北方吃了自助餐，感覺沒有這個酒店的食材新鮮，可能因為自助的原因，口味也偏重。 早飯東西不是很多，但是蛋糕非常驚艷，感覺可以媲美一些準們做甜品的店，有好幾種蛋糕。 温泉景色不錯，有室外温泉在林子中間，氛圍很好 ，然後有個休息室裏面有按摩椅飲料什麼的。 然後就是房間每天都給兩大壺水好評。 房間估計有30平左右，感覺不是攜程上面説的19平米。 滑雪走到安努普利5分鐘，安努普利雪場比較小但是人少，每天都是上頂然後然後滑到比羅夫那邊去玩，有一天大風纜車不開到頂，就衹能在安努普利這邊滑了，除非坐大巴去那邊，這個要注意。 總體好評，下次會繼續選擇。"

"This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Kanronomori, especially with the facilities that they had. Their almost 24 hour onsen, their guest lounge, the free shuttle bus to the resorts, and the ski/snowboard rental store connected to the hotel. Although there is a ski/snowboarding school connected to the hotel, there isn't much communication between the two teams which led to me booking lessons elsewhere before my trip. I was able to rent my snowboarding and ski gear on the same day and didn't need to book it. It was a smooth process and the staff were extremely helpful. Just to note that the hotel is a bit far from Grand Hifaru and taxis are limited and expensive. "

"Goshiki is a skiers dream come true!!! Ideally located outside of niseko’s high traffic and a step off the stairs away from skinning up a the mountain from Giving it moderate ratings is only because it’s an older structure with minimal maintenance,…. Rooms were very nice and clean and the waters are rich in minerals. Staying here allows for exclusive 24hr onsen access. Pools get busy after 3-7pm when skiers are finishing up their day,… Go enjoy its traditional rustic building while they’re standing. Seems like within 5-10 years it will be developed and owned by a foreign tycoon! Bring your own food,,.. vending machines have beer only,…"
