Hilltop Manor B&B

We spent 3 wonderful nights at this gorgeous bed and breakfast. The room was so spacious, comfortable and clean. We looked forward to the 2 course breakfast each morning prepared by Chef April. She is such a friendly person. We also got to meet Harry, the owner of this fantastic B&B. He too is such a friendly person. Added touches that we greatly appreciated and enjoyed were the free available snacks of chips and chocolates plus water/tea/ coffee/hot chocolate whenever we were hungry or thirsty. Also, upon arrival there was a sachet of Bath and Body Work products in the scent of Stress Relief. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable during our stay.

We had a wonderful time--it is a beautifully maintained home and grounds! Breakfast was AMAZING! It was like stepping back in time in the best way possible! Can't say enough about our stay! Don't wait--reserve a room today! You will NOT regret it!

We traveled to Hot Springs as part of our road trip to explore Arkansas. Hilltop Manor is located just a few miles north of downtown Hot Springs. The building is well maintained with nice landscaping. We had a late arrival but everything was ready for us and easy to find with the instructions provided to us. The room is very spacious and nicely decorated. The linens and beddings are super high quality. After a restful night, we woke up to the quiet and peaceful setting of the backyard facing the national forest. As we walked around the property, we met Harry and had a lovely conversation about the property and its history. Our breakfast was delicious and was made fresh by April. During our 2 night stay, we had an issue with the hot water in the shower and Harry promptly offered to move us to another room. We didn't want the hassle of moving all our things just for one night so we asked if we can use the shower in the other room and it was no problem at all. Harry and Meenu did everything they could to make sure our stay was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the property and had a relaxing time while there. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Hot Springs!

One of my favorite places in Hot Springs have stayed many times over last 15 years Looks like it just switched ownership or at least management. Place still same breakfast was mediocre at best time. I am sure they will find their way and they make the transition. But when paying for upscale B and B a fried egg, piece of fried ham and toast is not what most people would expect from breakfast. One of great benefits at least for me in choosing B and B's over hotels is the usual wonderful breakfast that come as part of it all. Again I am sure they will find there way. Will be there again soon I am sure and will hope they have.

We enjoyed the heck out of our stay!! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights, Sat-Tues, the breakfast was incredible every single morning, very accommodating for time, and dining place! The snacks and coffee bar were always stocked up, which definitely came in handy!! And each night we looked foward to a nice relaxing shower or soak in the jacuzzi before hitting the hay! The bed and pillows are very comfy, I slept like a baby until the smell of coffee woke me up each morning lol. Also, the scenery in the grounds is just absolutely beautiful! We don't travel much but, my oh my, it was more perfect than I could have dreamt.

Everything about the Inn is perfect, down to the minutiae of toiletries. Each room is comfortable and beautifully appointed. The inside is gorgeous, as are the grounds. There are lots of fireplaces everywhere for relaxing. The food is great. The staff is friendly. But perhaps my favorite thing about our visit would be the Innkeepers themselves - it would be tough to find a kinder, warmer, more empathetic group. Highest praise.

A great get away from Houston to Hot Springs Arkansas and Hilltop Manor B&B. Spruce was a great suite, Jacuzzi in the room. Love the fireplace and ambiance. 4 days and nights. Breakfast was very good and and variety. They were accommodating on time and preferences. Excellent bed! Suggestion for guest: enjoy the hiking, Garvan Woodland Gardens- get there early 2-3 hours to see it all, and hot baths at Buckstaff Baths.

Breakfast was disappointing! I had requested a vegetarian meal and I repeated the request in the morning to the person that was fixing the food. I was served a plate that had pieces of meat in it. We requested our breakfast at 8:30 and we were kept waiting over 20 minutes to be served. We had to ask four times to get some green tea bags. We had to ask for butter and jelly for the roll. The portions were very small that I who weighs 110 pounds left breakfast hungry. The room was fine.

Excellent atmosphere, the grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is tasty, the innkeepers/groundskeepers are very friendly - able to strike up a conversation with any of them, the rooms are very nice! We stayed in the Magnolia Suite (the smallest, but the newest, by that I mean it appears to be an addon to the original house). The rest of the rooms were nice as well. They left the doors open whenever there weren't other guests staying in them, so we had the chance to look around. It's perhaps a 5 minute drive from downtown Hot Springs, so you're secluded enough, but not far from the action! Great Spot! Would recommend.
