Premier Inn Dover (A20)

We booked two rooms for three nights. Putting a new bedroom in for our nephew. We booked a table in the restaurant on Monday evening for eight o’clock. Good luck we turned up at 7pm, because they informed us they were closing food service in 15 minutes. We were ok. We couldn’t eat the next two evenings here, & it’s out in the sticks to say the least. Bar closed at 9pm, we moved after one night. It took the girl on reception two hours to sort out our transfer to the premier inn in Folkestone. I wouldn’t stay here if it was the last place on earth. Check out the local places before booking this place. ☹️🧐

So glad when we can check in put our bags down take a break then off to the plough inn next door! Reliable quiet perfect location. Clean, fit for purpose and above all quiet quiet quiet! There are not many hotels that can offer that time and time again.

Always choosing this hotel on the way to France, convenient locations 5 min drive to porth. Easy check in/out, free car park, clean rooms.

Very clean and tidy, really comfy beds and friendly staff. Restaurant next door had a good selection of meals and was spot on for a couple of drinks and a nice meal to set us up for the long drive in France the next morning 👌🏼

This hotel was extremely well priced for the location we wanted it took us 10 minutes to get back to the Le Shuttle in the morning, it was clean and comfy with all amenities we needed the beefeater next door is a bonus and a co-op 3 minutes drive away. Really was amazing value for money with quick, friendly service and nothing was too much for the staff.

Stayed here ahead of a busy trip In Folkestone. Easy to find, plenty of parking and warm welcome by front of house. Food good in restaurant next door for evening meal and breakfast but they were absolutely rushed off their feet and obviously a few staff down. Fair play to them though as the service was fab. Carling available for those like me who enjoy Burton’s finest.

On arrival the reception were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, the wifi worked well and the meal and service was good

The double bed was uncomfortable,& we were unable to book in early the first day , due to staff sickness despite willing to pay extra for this service. When trying to check in the first morning my husband found the check in staff rude & unhelpful.

Premier inn Dover A20 was used after a very long road trip through Europe with my wife and children. Easy to find and very convenient after departing the cross channel ferry. Good value for a family room, plenty of free parking on site and a convenient COOP nearby.
