I love this hotel because it is so convenient for a shopping trip to the galleria. Check in was quick, we were able to get in our room early and the room was very nice

房間本身很不錯，但門僮明明在門口，既不告訴我們有免費地下停車位，導致我們停到酒店門口地面收費車位，也不上前詢問是否需要幫助拿行李，但看到其他膚色客人，很積極提行李，感覺被歧視了。

Cons-
Toilet was not working properly it kept on making a really loud noise after flushing, couldn’t connect my phone to tv due to an error, they need to update the popcorn ceiling to a more modern look, blow dryer needs more power, shower pressure could use more power as well.
Pros
Amazing view, bed is comfortable, nice restroom, mall access through hotel, valet service is very efficient, nice bar.

Recently visited Houston for my bday vacay. Absolutely loved the Westin so conveniently located to the Galleria. Literally walk out the hotel n step into the mall.. the hotel was extremely clean, staff were professional and friendly. We had the executive king suite n I must say I have no complaints. Definitely will recommend to family n friends for future travels. I will be a returning guest. 5 stars for this location

Location and accessibility to the mall was great. Limited reserved parking for guests had to be the worst. Your basically competing for parking with mall shoppers. We never found a specific location for Westin guests. The shower water did not get hot enough. Luke warm at best. Housekeeping skipped our room one day, the heating system ******. We wanted to torn on the heat and it blew cold air the entire time. There is no microwave in the room and the mini fridge didn't really keep our beverages cold. I've melts as soon as liquid touches it. Other than that the stay was okay.
