Angela, the front desk lady, could not be more AMAZING! She’s personable and goes above and beyond!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was spacious and quite comfortable. Of course this is an older hotel so there are some deficits. The door was not very secure which was a little concerning but we had no issues. I am hard to please when it comes to hotels but the price and amenities were on point.

Uuummm 2/3 nights no air conditioning makes for HOT and uncomfortable sleeping- up at night etc. I would go out of my way feom staying here again.

Flew in from out of town let us check in way early on lack of sleep beds were more comfortable than most always stay here

This property is in the ideal location for events at NRG Stadium However it really needs to be updated and more Bar staff is needed It would also be ideal to have a nice restaurant for dinner in this facility
The bed and pillows were great and very comfortable Toilets are old and waste a lot of water The temperature in the room was very warm and would not cool down
This property has sooo much potential
The breakfast was good and staff very pleasant

The staff and service was amazing. The room was outdated, didn’t have a refrigerator, if someone in the building flushed a toilet you got scalded and the frozen in the shower. The sink water never warmed up to wash hands, The breaker blew and we only had power in half the room. Paying triple the price for a room compared to competitors in the area, I feel as though the hotel uses its close location to the NRG stadium to have higher prices and lower quality, very disappointed.

We stayed for College Football National Championship. Someone was selling parking spots to non guests as we pulled into the hotel. Parking was hard to find and my daughter had to park in back of hotel. Her car and 4 others were smashed and broken into. Luckily she didn’t have anything in it but others did. Hotel gave her a free breakfast for her car getting broken into. If the other spots weren’t sold to nonstaying guests, the guests would have ample parking in lit areas. Could not get out of this hotel fast enough.

The facility can use an update the tiles in our shower were old as well as the painting a lot of chipped and over layer painting of fixtures. Room doors didn’t close correctly.

I liked the hotel but wasnt happy about having to buy my usual continental breakfast front desk clerks were nice, helpful too close to fwy! Its ok i was glad i had a nice suite. I spoiled myself.
