The Inn was clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue we had was a noisy icemaker. It was not enough of a problem. Had we been staying longer than one night, I would have mentioned it, but we are traveling and simply checked out quickly.

It's great location to stay! The only shortcomings I see are, the breakfast was good but repetitive (same breakfast for all days) and the shower was not good (low pressure/flow).

Reasonable accommodations
Nice kitchenette, with full size fridge
Quiet room
Sufficient room lights, situated properly
Friendly staff
Near the freeway
Good breakfast (+ Chobani Greek yogurt, nice touch)
Lobby/breakfast area was inviting and large, with plenty of sitting (dining) area
Could improve:
Elevator wasn't working
Uncollected bagged room trash in hallways (two occasions)
Showerhead needed replacement
No towel/mat for shower
No shampoo (two body wash + one conditioner dispensers)
More fruits/more variety (e.g., berries and apple) for breakfast
Both room keys stopped working hours prior to checkout!!

Never had clean towels had to reuse the same towels for 5 days. Every time I asked towels had to be washed. I’m confused whether it’s busy or not you are supposed to have enough towels to accommodate your guests

What a great property - and let me tell you why in 2 words: The Staff. Look, this isn't a 5 or 4 star property. It's older, a tiny bit dated, and clearly the cap-ex partners of this hotel chain hasn't spent a lot of money to upgrade a whole lot other than maintain. But the STAFF was OUTSTANDING. I wish they would work at the other hotels I stay around the US - they are CLEARLY 5 star and without them there, I would have scored lower. The breakfast was just fine, the rooms spacious and clean and my overall experience was good. We did have almost 36 hours of no water, which I don't blame the staff or the hotel for, but not being able to shower, flush the toilet, etc for that long was a problem - I had to grab water from the pool; but the staff was so darn accommodating, it was well worth staying there and I would stay there again. So to the team at Residence Inn, kudos, great job doing the best with what you had!

Staff was very friendly and helpful just that when I arrived there was not any light and I thought they would be considerate and give a discount .
