Hotel looks nice form the outside but:
No ashtray or smoker's pole outside - cigarettes buds end up on the ground
Check out time : website states noon, was informed by reception that new policy was 11 am
CC hold - reception said 30$, charge was 100....more than the room itself.
Room was missing a label exhibiting room number - had to check the entire floor before proceeding by elimination
Could not shower in the morning - faucet was leaking - almost no water was going to the shower head.
Some lights ( in my room ) were not working, probably broken bulbs
Breakfast was a joke - very minimalistic + there was a sign stating - no more than 2 items please. At least they were polite.

Coffee wad great. AC was awesome, Towels were old and thread bare, morning breakfast was not good

Ice machine out of order for days as well as the hot tub neither worked by the time we left. No plug for the bathtub and needs extensive remodeling.

I never stayed at a hotel with no room service when you request it. I had to hunt down room service ..just to get my trash..my room was never cleaned

I didn’t like the fact that it booked two night and they stated they had a king suite but when I got there to check in there was no room available so I was told that if I come the next day at 11am the room would be available and I would be able to check in. I arrived about 11:15am the day to be told my room wasn't ready and checkin was at 3pm. Then the young lady said if you could give me about an hour I'll have it ready. I waited and about 45 minutes she called an said it was ready. Once I got to the room it was a handicap room which I didn't ask for. The experience here makes me NOT want to stay here again.

We checked in about 10:00 p.m. There were people around the hotel that made us feel uncomfortable and even a guest who walked out with his pants sagging and underwear showing There was no security.

the bathroom tub is very dirty with black scum all around the wall edges plus. the tv is very old with limited options local tv only. the key to the room was going off line every time we tried to go back in the room and had to go down and get it reprogramed again very aggravating.

check in was hard because the staff was not around for check in or he was aware of room that were occupied or cleaned.We checked on three rooms and none were cleaned,finally got a room.Breakfast was ok but dont expect much, `
