Staff were generally friendly. Very strict about going to the general pantry/breakfast area to even take a look at whats already displayed if it is not yet breakfast hours. Room was very spacious. Great cost for a hotel near our convention area at the Westin Galleria.

The infrastructure is old. It needs to be renovated. The day I arrived, the elevator did not work. The shower had a leak to the outside. The sink was clogged. The main gate to the hotel did not work well

The hotel is located a short walk away from The Houston Galleria shopping center and many restaurants.
The hotel has gated parking, the room has always been spotless every time I have stayed here and the hotels team/staff are amazing!

My first room had a faulty AC, it didn't cool the place. The bathroom kept doing noises all night and the door stopped working. The changed the room for me, and there was an insect in the bet sheets...

The rugs and curtains need to be changed. The bed was squeaky at some points. The door was hard to open and close. Needs minor upgrades overall.

It was a very functional room, good for long stays with their home, like the kitchen, etc., but it didn't smell that great. It is not up to the standards of the neighborhood it is in.

I travel to Houston frequently and always stay at this hotel. The rooms are always spotless and the hotel manager and Michele are always a pleasure to see as is the rest of the team!
I definitely recommend this hotel if you travel to Houston as it is clean, walking distance from everything, is gated with security on property and has an amazing team in place!

The staff at the check-in desk were wonderful. The room itself was clean but the wallpaper was falling off and it was very aged. The people we were staying with didn't have their room cleaned for 5 days. Their room had ants and at check out, they had still not had their room serviced one time resulting in ants and use of the same towels. Unfortunately, that made our stay a little less attractive.

The night manager was one of the best hotel managers I have encountered in my many years of travel. I arrived very late and was weary. He quickly opened the door for me and went out of his way to get me to my room. Kudos for a great hire
