The quality of the breakfast was poor. No eggs, only one choice of yogurt in tiny containers not on ice, no bananas, weak coffee, no granola, limited choices.

Overall average hotel. Issues I had:
1. eggs are NOT available for breakfast on Saturdays.
2. Gym Is very basicAnd needs repairs.

This hotel is perfect and quaint. It had a grand old quality about it. The water pressure was amazing. The hotel and room was clean. The air conditioning worked great. Wonderful place, and very close to great restaurants.

We live in Katy, we booked this hotel and stayed from Sunday to Monday because our A/C was dead and we had to escape from the heat. The Lady at front desk was very nice. She checked the room availability and the rate immediately when I was telling her we might need to come back for another night if the A/C is not fixed today. My family (including my daughter and my dog) enjoyed our stay, my daughter loved the breakfast. Our A/C was replaced today so we don't need to come back but we would highly recommend this hotel for people who want to stay and feel like home.

The staff was friendly, if I visited Katy again id stay here with my family, and the breakfast was great, I enjoyed it while looking outside!

I was traveling with my grandkids and dogs on way to florida so this was last minute stay to rest. I did appreciate how friendly the lady at check in desk was. Quick and easy to check in and we got a bigger room which was nice so our dogs may walk around. The breakfast selection was amazing. I dont think ive stayed on hotel with so many options. Loved the fresh waffles and and bacon and cereal for my kids. The rooms themselves are a little outdated but overall we were content with this stay for my 2 dogs and 2 grandkids.

Lady at front desk was really nice, Thank you!
Room 104 smelled really bad like urines, old pee ....very disappointed on that, I should complain and have me and my husband relocated however we didn't have time.
room needs deep cleaning either dirty bed or carpet :(
