Would have got 5 stars but the guy doing check-ins last right was rude and had 0 customer service skills, Best part of the stay was the shuttle driver in the early morning. Also a pleasure to talk to him at least.

I had a terrible experience when I booked this hotel through *******!
There was an error with this booking… I had wanted to book from November 30 to December 1 but I was at the airport making the booking and my screen refreshed and the date somehow switched to December 15-16. I messaged ******* right away on the 30th and they said that would have to discuss with the hotel.
I headed over to the hotel and asked if I could switch the date from the 15th to that night but the people at the front desk told me I would have to cancel the booking for December 15-16 with ******* as they were unable to do any changes for a booking done through a third-party like *******
I paid for the stay that night and
contacted ******* again and they said that the hotel would not cancel it.
In the end I ended up having to pay for the December 15th booking too even though I did not use it.
I’m pretty disappointed as I had thought that booking through ******* was the safe way to go but all I got was the run around with both the hotel and ******* placing the blame on each other

After multiple attempts to call to get the shuttle from IAH, we had to pay for a taxi as the staff would not answer the phone. Upon check in, we also noticed the receptionist would not answer the ringing phone.

Staff wonderful. Mr. Terry was amazingly friendly and hospitible. Outdated furniture, water damage on ceilings, my bathroom was dirty. Gym needs sanitary wipes.

Strategically located a few minutes from airport. Shuttle service to airport was perfect and our driver was very nice.

The hotel is nice and clean but sits directly u see the takeoff runway of IAH airport. I ended up sleeping with ear plugs in.
