My experience here at The Sam is always amazing. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgable, and they take the time to get to know you. Staying here makes me feel like I don't even want to leave after being here for a weekend or a night. Facilities are clean and highly operable as well. All in all for my wife and I we give this place a 10/10. I book the same room every time we want to get away, and for this holiday season we decided to get rid of the kids and enjoy ourselves!

請大家不要用東亞地區格芮精選的標準來期待這家格芮精選酒店，完全不是同一回事！
房間小，別説特色了（這很好笑，格芮精選系列主打的不正是特色嗎？），連基本的美觀都做不到，從大堂到房間都是小小氣氣的，國內一般的如家都比它好。
服務是完全沒有的，酒店的人唯一會做的就是冷冰冰拿走你的證件，之後冷冰冰的給你一張房卡。其實吧，我都不應該叫這東西做酒店了，連民宿也不是，就是一個低級的出租單位，拿完鎖匙後房東再也聯繫不上的那種。或者我説一個例子讓大家體會一下吧：我凌晨一點多打電話給大堂問有沒有牙刷，他説有，叫我下來自己拿，我當場都傻了，以為自己聽錯，再問他一次是不是要我自己下去，他説是，我説我已經梳洗完、換好睡衣了，可不可以麻煩他送上來，他説：“不行！”，也沒有想其他方法了，最後，我凌晨一點、穿上外衣，走下去了⋯⋯
我本想或許就是那天那職員不專業而己，所以在酒店發的點評郵件中説了這事，誰知，酒店理也不理我，這讓我更相信，那職員沒問題，他就是跟着酒店的要求辦事的，有毛病的是這個酒店。

Valet parking was $45… only sit down and order breakfast option. Dirty bathroom with poor design. Beds were more like twins than queens.

I was staying there with my mother and the stay was Great. Forest and Victor went above and beyond to accommodate us . All staff was great . The bartender was nice she was very hospitable . Property is clean we enjoyed our stay .

We were stuck for 2 nights with no luggage due to airline cancellations. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make sure we had what we needed!!

We had two problems with the room. one was a running toilet that took 2 days to fix and the other was a smoke detector that continued to beep and was never fixed

The only drawback was the amount to valet overnight. $42.00 a night is insane!!! Other than that it was a great place!
