The venue was adorned with impressive decorations, and while the food generally impressed, there were some notable shortcomings. The beans were served cold, and the absence of nuts on the side was noticeable. Dessert options were insufficient, leaving some attendees without the chance to sample each one. Despite these culinary concerns, the vegetarian options were well-received. However, the venue could benefit from more attentive service, as there were not enough bartenders to meet demand. The absence of a lit fire and background music also detracted from the overall atmosphere. Additionally, the absence of rice in the menu was noted. On a positive note, the accommodation and venue's aesthetics were commendable, offering stunning views. Unfortunately, several issues marred the experience for some guests: Upon arrival, one guest (Brandon) found their room in disarray, though the staff promptly organized a team to rectify the situation. Another guest, Connie, experienced a power outage in her room, and despite the efforts of an electrician, the issue persisted. Feedback from those who had breakfast suggested that the quality was subpar, with some expressing a desire to skip it should we re-book for next year. Moreover, the presence of planned cocktail tables with grab-and-go drinks on ice was a thoughtful touch. However, there was only one such station observed, and its visibility was limited. Consider enhancing the visibility of these stations to ensure all attendees can easily access.
