The Baiyun Hotel (Baiyun Binguan) is located in the Tianhai Scenic Area of Huang Shan, China's famous "Yellow Mountain". Surrounded by soaring peaks and wistful pines, this mountaintop hotel backs onto Bright Summit, one of the best spots to witness the majestic sight of the sun rising over the misty mountains. It's a sight that is well worth the early start, and the morning chill is alleviated by thick down jackets available to all guests.The hotel is built in traditional Hui style with rustic but cozy wood-lined "eco" rooms. More traditional-style options are available, many of which offer exceptional mountain views. All guestrooms feature high-speed broadband Internet access, satellite TVs, mini-bars and in-room safes.Dining options on Huang Shan are limited to hotels and snack stalls with the Baiyuan Hotel's restaurant offering a range of Chinese and Western options. Good place to stay! All essentials were provided, the staff were friendly and had impressive customer service. Many options for breakfast, as well as snacks, and drinks selling at the hotel. There was a shop where you can enjoy a burger and fries, milk tea, and souvenir just next to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a view of the mountain from the room's window. XiaoSong were very happy to answer question, inform the weather, recommend a place, offer an additional service while staying here. You can ask the staff through the hotel's Wechat anytime. A recommend hotel to spend a night when visiting Huangshan.

The hotel and family room were very good & clean and had everything you need in the mountain area, thick jacket, umbrella, heater, torch. Water flow was nice and heater was steady. Xiaoye the staff was super friendly, helpful, and sending us many reminder about how to use the amenities and even gave free breakfast for my boy. At 9pm a staff sent the snacks to us like cakes, fruits and dried tea huangshan specialites. My hubby seldom want to give good rating but this time he was the one keen to give 5 stars rating. Bai Yun hotel is definitely the one should pick to stay, to bright summit around 45min walk as we are slow walkers, not a good climber haha.. very lucky day to get the sea of clouds and sunrise, very beautiful indeed. The hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel room was pretty clean and service was good. There’s a basin in the bathroom to soak feet after hiking and 蒋艳艳 gave us some snacks, fruit and gloves. Dinner buffet was 160RMB per person with various selection. Breakfast included in the room price was decent, selection was smaller than dinner.

Very helpful service by Yan Yan, great location where you can see the sunrise within 10-15 min walk. Soft beds and good shower . Overall nothing to complain .

We finally got to experience the complete Huangshan experience: a night at the legendary Baiyun hotel. The room was a pleasant surprise, with air conditioning and complete facilities. The breakfast buffet was very good, on par with other 5-star hotels. The hotel did really live up to our expectations, I would recommend it to all my friends. Huge shout-out to our host Xiao Song for making us feel at ease and taking care of us! Thank you!

The hotel has great location, 鳌鱼峰 ao yu feng to see sunset and 光明顶 bright summit to see sunrise
Full hotel amenities, food is decent and service is first class. Highly recommend for Huang Shan stay

Firstly, the location is really perfect, easy to find from cable way, nice viewpoints and sunset spots nearby and close to a shop and snack spots.
The room was not super big, but cozy and comfortable thanks to heating and all the useful things like toothbrush, hairdryer, etc. We also had a nice view from our room so better ask on the reception if there are some options.
And million thanks to the staff! Even with translating from Chinese to English guys were super friendly and helpful. Next time also stay here 💜

Awesome experience at Bai Yun hotel with the main coordinator 纪洁 going many extra miles to ensure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. It made us feel very welcome.
Room is pretty basic for what you paid for but it's up in the mountains, you can't really expect too much. And the good service made it up. Kudos to the hotel team for their effort in entertaining the guests!
