I had a good experience staying at the hotel. The facilities and service were good, but the food wasn't very good.

Good value for families with kids! This is our family’s 4 trip to this beach and this checked most of the boxes for our family and was still a reasonable price.

The bathroom smell like urine since day one..the floors were dirty, the white curtain was dusty and brown, the towels smell bad..the cleaning stuff did not make the bed nicely, the top blanket (blue) was left on the couch, the small blue pillows were left in a cabinet where the body scale was.. Consider putting sugar with the tea as well. We had to buy from outside so we could drink black tea. I wish the hotel allowed us to cancel(weather reasons)before staying, considering it was our anniversary, we did not enjoy as much.. Thanks for decorating our room as per request on the day of arrival.. The front desk was so kind and welcoming. The location is ok. Seafood restaurants around, a bit pricey but worth it.

Nice hotel, hoever many of the aminities wore closed because of covid. The rooms are good but missing some facilities. Staff do not speake English.

The front desk manger -Mr Xiaowen was very supportive . He elevated my room to family room and had sea view . He was Very helpful. We enjoyed staying at AIHM hotel . Enjoyed the Hotspring , SPA and water sport . We would love to visit this hotel again .

Although only no one person spoke English upon check-in, it was a smooth check in. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was a little too soft for my liking, but it was an overall good stay.
The breakfast was good and very western. I will definitely stay there again. It's super easy to get a DIDI from the hotel.
