Stay in January which should be down season and seems less amount of people servicing in restaurant.
Room was great clean and specious but I experienced power shortage 6:00am in morning.
Will try to check it out in summer.

Staff were great! Easy checkin. Fridge didn’t work and another was delivered quickly. Property is looking a little tired in the main hallways and rooms especially. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Nice linens. Would have liked ports for charging phones & tablets.

My family and I were unable to use the pool from 9 pm to 11 pm because it was reserved for a group

Was a bit disappointed in the Unit we were housed in... not really what we expected from Deerhurst Resort (Stayed at Bayshore 1)

The room was quite dated and one of our queen beds was broken. Only 1 hot tub and it was full of kids. Great for families but not a first choice for couples time away.

It did not even have the facilities of an inn !
When we asked for water to drink, they said don't have !!!!!!!!

It's nice place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Lots of activities and indoor amenities for kids.
