WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Huntsville

At check in, my card for deposit was declined. Used a different card and it was ok. Wife and daughter went back down later to get a few sodas and daughter’s boyfriend card was declined for his drink. Wife tried to pay with cash and they wouldn’t take cash. So she sent my daughter back to the room to get my wife’s card and it was declined also. During the boyfriend’s card declining my daughter opened one of the drinks, not expecting his card to be declined. That drink was put on the credit card (hold for deposit). The total for 3 20oz drinks and a bag of regular sized M&Ms was gonna be $17!! $4 per soda and $4 for a regular M&M!! Needless to say, 2 sodas and M&Ms were put back. The issue with the cards declining needed to be addressed! Room was nice and clean and very quiet!

The property was one that we'd definitely stay again. Extremely clean, has a beverage bar available in the lobby area, books to read, free water. Staff was professional and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay of 4 nights and 3 days. Close to many restaurants and shopping as well. There is a beautiful pool, outdoor seating with umbrellas and a grilling area with many grills. Our efficiency room had everything imaginable that you might need with a stove top if you choose to cook vs going out to eat. Also black out shades!! Kudos to the staff. You were great! Only thing I would say, which this is a personal choice, the bed pillows were a little too soft.

We loved our stay at WaterWalk. The staff was very nice and the room was large and comfortable. I loved having 2 rooms so everyone was comfortable.

We had a great time staying here. We didn’t have any problems finding places to eat because they were you and down the street from where we stayed. Walmart was just a walking distance. Everything was clean and the service was excellent…!!!🤗🤗 We’ll be staying here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Nothing was forgotten when designing this hotel. Made for our 3 night stay very comfortable. The one and only issue i had was the pool was not open yet. Not a huge deal, but double check before you make your reservations. We will definitely be back!

No ice. They have ice makers in the room and thats so convenient, but it didn't make ice. Instead of bringing us ice the front desk pesron came to take a picture of the empty ice maker. It was very frustrating and could have easily been remedied with some ice. It was handeled very unprofessionally. We will not stay at another Wyndham facility.

Everythings fine. Wonderful room with kitchen, washer and dryer. Absolutly clean, frindly staff and parking included. The price was also ok. Near to Walmart Supercenter and some restaurants. If i ever come back, i will surely stay here. Thanks a lot

Honestly, my stay was not that great. The people were friendly and helpful even though I checked in around 10pm. Upon initial walk through the room seemed like it was pretty clean, however, when my partner decided to use the washer there was some brown stuff in the agitator. Then once we got ready for bed we could barely breath we literally had to leave and come back just to get some fresh air. As we laid down to go to sleep I still was having troubles breathing and was super uncomfortable because I had to keep getting up to clear my head. I only had a one night stay but I did not enjoy and probably would never book again. I expected better since this is a newer hotel and for the price, but no this hotel was quite mid and I’m pretty disappointed. :(
