This hotel was excellent in everything, the service was amazing the staff are very nice and professional everywhere is clean and sparkling.
I go to Elgona a lot but this place is the best for me.

The piazza restaurant is very delicious ! The staff members are very kind and attentive ! One of the staff members “Lotfi” is very kind, gentle and helpfull! He always ask if you need something and is very attentive to all your resquests. The hotel is impressive and clean! All the staff members are kind and helpfull. Amazing hotel !

Great hotel with very nice people who works 24/7 so you could feel relax! On volleyball I’ve injured my leg, Yahia give me fist medicine help! He always smiling, great worker, beach is very clean because of him! Playing with my kids! Huge respect🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️

With "ELFWA" we had a very helpful and caring room service. He was always friendly and did his job to our complete satisfaction. The hotel was all in all good, even if a bit older. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was varied and delicious.

Very nice and friendly staff. Especially Kirolos! The food is good and the location is very beautiful! The rooms are large and clean and have a beautiful view. The staff makes you feel like family and they are very hospitable. Thank you for this experience

Amazing hotel Anceint sands golf resort really it’s good with good vipes with Animation team spcialy “Moo’ he gave us a lot of fun and kidding and the staff here are friendly the rooms also clean and good the food is nice and drinks ‘. I was only in El Gouna for kitesurfing, it's not far from the kite spots and I didn't use the all-inclusive package to its full potential but I was always well looked after. They pay attention to cleanliness and environmental protection. This was my third visit to the hotel. I can absolutely recommend it! Very clean, pleasant atmosphere, good food, good service, friendly staff (especially Marco with his charming manner 👍🏻), quiet, spacious complex with lots of pools. I can very well imagine booking the hotel a fourth time and I'm already looking forward to it.

Great holiday in this hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Food is good. Resort is beautiful with many pools. Animation team is great, they are friendly and take care of fun activities and good atmosphere, especially Mou is kind and great fun. Thank you
