首先這其實是一家三星酒店並不是這裏顯示的四星。酒店環境非常糟糕，衞生條件堪憂。房間的地面上全部都是一層浮灰，每天的房間打掃也都衹是將床品重新鋪好更換毛巾，甚至連垃圾都沒有到更不用説清理地面。有一次在打掃衞生的時候回來，看到負責打掃衞生的服務員穿着一雙很臟的球鞋直接踩在地毯上。
還有就是酒店裡麪的小超市也非常的糟糕。去超市買sim卡問多少錢全程裝聽不懂英文直接拆開，結果20g的卡25美金，同樣的卡在運營商那裡衹要10美金。並且店員非常喜歡自己動手我的卡放在包裏，直接自己從我的包裏拿，被我喝止住了。在付費的時候也沒有按照實時匯率換算而是自己直接拿計算器算的。並且在付費之後店員又會説英文了，想我們推銷其他東西🙂總之就是一個很沒有章法的地方，不知道是怎麼在這裏評到四星的…

房子是可以的，也有自己的泳池和沙灘，可惜的是沙灘要過條街才能到，不過酒店的位置挺好的，已經去過倆次赫爾格達了。
剛開始出現一點點問題，不過攜程管家立馬就解決了，給攜程管家點贊。
總得來説挺好的，性價比還可以的

I loved the stuff ♥️, thay are helpful and kind . 🙏💙 The animation stuff are so active✨💙. The Beach is big and clean 🏖️🌅🌊. Zahabia's location is in the down town which is good thing ♥️✨ Reception was very nice to us♥️♥️ I want to thank all for everything.. really thank u

The hotel is really big and nice .. reception was really nice to us and polite.. they sent us to our rooms fast and it was unbelievable really .. I really want to thank them.. we went to our rooms all the rooms were super clean and neat and also big.. and also they have more than one pool.. they have also like big aqua park suites to everyone.. the restaurant is really big and nice and it has also 2 floors which is good for space of course.. the beach is so big and also there’s marina for the boats also and the beach is clean and the surface is wonderful like 5 star hotel or something.. animation team is cheerful, crazy and also funny like Maria who we loved the most and junior also they are very nice .. I really want to thank all

At the beginning the meeting with the reception men was super nice, i loved it really.. respect is very important to us actually, they sent us to our rooms fast which is really good cus, we have kids.. our rooms was really clean and neat and in the space good also.. there's also many pools over there not only one.. food is clean and tasty and the quantities is good and enough.. the restaurant also good and clean and looks very nice and romantic... The animation team is really funny and cheerful and also crazy we loved Maria the most.. she also make the mini disco for the children everyday and the children love her so much.. i want to thank all feally❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is really good, it's not 4 stars, but definitely 3+ Special thanks to the animators, they are very cool guys and in general the workers here are very friendly. What about the food here, there is enough of it, but like in all hotels in Egypt it is unique. Also there are not bad corals

I was there and I felt so comfortable because of the animation team Everyone was so friendly and I would come back The food was good but it could be better but this isn’t a reason to not come back again Also the rooms was clean and by good size I enjoyed my vacation

The hotel is very wonderful and we enjoyed the trip. It was a unique experience. We had the entertainment team with us to help us. The rooms were very clean and the food was very wonderful. It was a truly wonderful experience and we will repeat the same experience another time next year.

I'd like to say in the beginning that it's not the first time to go to Egypt but, it was the first time to go to zahabia hotel and it was such a great time to spend over there and such a nice staff to deal with.. Everyone was really nice to us there.. Food is really delicious, tge beach is so sandy and clean, rooms are very clean and housekeeping guys are so nice and amazing and for the anination team they are amazing and cheerful and also crazy.. We really loved them specially Junior and Maria they are very nice and cheerful animators.. I'd like to thank them.. Thank u all for everything❤️❤️
