Wel heel leuk opgezet. Niet heel hygiënisch. Niet fijn dat de katten die daar rondlopen en niet geadopteerd mogen worden, want ze zijn zo leuk voor de gasten, Niet verzorgd worden en met vervilte vacht daar rondlopen. Verder veel verkoperspraatjes en tevens ook niet eerlijke antwoorden. Eten was wel oke. Personeel was buiten de verkopers wel heel vriendelijk.

İlk gelişimiz herşey yolunda ve çok güzel gidiyor,çalışanlar güler yüzlü özellikle animasyon ekipi çok iyi.Yemekler iyi sadece bazen saatler uymuyor barlar biraz geç açılıyor.Oda havluları hergün değişebilir diğer kalan herşey iyi

Last night i go to my friend her room to give her panadol she have headaches security night shift come to the room and treat me like thief and saying to me police coming give me money to be quiet I make Complaint at reception and thank you to MR ossama he take action. But anyway everything is good and animation very nice team

We just had 2 weeks in this hotel it’s so unusual and it looks amazing at night The hotel could do with a bit of TLC Just little things like the lights need replacing We booked a sea view room but when we got here there was no sea view so we moved to another room where you could just see the sea But it had a great view of the pools It was nice and comfortable the only thing that let it down was it was a bit dirty the floor never got cleaned for all of our holiday And we had to ask for basic things like toilet rolls to be replaced. I would advise to book the swim up rooms if you can these looked great The main restaurant is good the food was ok but not always a lot of choice But Betty’s bar did lovely food The teppanyaki restaurant and the grill restaurants was fantastic the food was amazing highly recommended But I wouldn’t recommend the oriental the food was a real let down Also the alcoholic drinks were not good They all taste watered down not good The beer is probably your safe option The night time entertainment Isn’t brilliant but it didn’t ruin our holiday 2 staff members Taha from the grill restaurant and Hussain from Fred’s bar made our holiday they were so helpful and very friendly Would definitely go back here but I think a week is long enough

Actually I have amazing experience in cave beach resort... I spent a lovely time during my stay.... all stuff are amazing and friendly.... animation team was perfect and we enjoy alot for their daily show.... its so enjoyable and awesome.... everything is perfect .... really I enjoy every single second... beautiful and clean place

WOW what a place!!!! I can't recommend this place enough, went with my bestie(a holiday of a lifetime for us). Room was clean with big beds & FREE aircon (lighting is a little dim but how much time do you spend in a room anyway). Staff were AMAZING & very helpful going beyond anywhere we've ever been & along with the food & bar staff made our stay so welcoming. So much choice of food from main restaurant to the pool bar (pizza & burgers -yummyyyyyyy). Down fall was lack of good internet (you won't get signal in your room or terrace & we found this to be a problem wherever you stay in Hurghada) but go to the bars it's a tad better. Would we go again?-----too right :)
