Yetişkin kaydırakları ve çocukların oynayabileceği bir alan var. Dört veya beş yüzme havuzu var. Ayrıca açık hava jakuzisi için de rezervasyon yaptırabilirsiniz. Yanında güzel bir gazlı bez yatak var. Madai. Yan taraftaki otelin yanında. Ayrıca çok güzel. 2. Restoran çok lezzetli (bir kitapta önerilen başka bir zincirle karşılaştırıldığında, bu tam bir cennet ve bu restoranın hepsi Lei tarafından övülüyor.) Sahilde o kadar çok şezlong var ki yüzlercesi üzerlerine yatabilir ama çok az insan üzerlerine uzanabilir.Deniz meltemi o kadar rahat ki. 4. Otelin dekorasyonu Çin'deki Manxin'dekine benziyor, oda çok yeni, bol sıcak su var, balkon güzel ve cam pencereler kilitli. Bazı binalar henüz tamamlanmadığından, tamamlandıktan sonra muhtemelen fiyatı artacaktır, gerçekten buna değer. Servis personeli bahşiş olarak Fengyoujing'i istemeyi seviyor🤣, ben de ona kalan yarım şişeyi verdim. Tek dezavantajı gece plaja gittiğimde sivrisinekler tarafından ısırıldım ama kötü sivrisinekler her yerde ve bu oteli suçlamıyorum. Çinlilere karşı herhangi bir ayrımcılıkla karşılaşmadım, en azından servis personeli bana çok iyi davrandı, bir dahaki sefere yine burada kalacağım.

Aceleyle resepsiyonu aradık. Bebek yanımızda yattığında saat 23:00 değildi. Yatak ömrünü tamamlamış, bakımı yapılmamış, görsel görünümü eleştiriye dayanmıyor, güvensiz. Başka bir beşiğe ulaştığında, lüks sınıf hizmet sunan bir otelin hissi asla ortaya çıkmadı. Oteli tanıdığımda tek bir şey söyleyebilirim; küçük çocuklu ailelere uygun değil. Otelin yakınında mağaza ve restoranların yer aldığı güzel bir gezinti yeri bulunmaktadır.

Room: 4/5 We stayed in the Panoramic Suite, and I must say, the room was great. It was spacious, and had a large terrace offering stunning views. However, part of the terrace had a low separator, compromising privacy a bit. On the bright side, the room was well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful stay. Cleaning: 3/5 The housekeeping service in our room was decent but left room for improvement. One noticeable downside was the absence of vacuum cleaners, which could have enhanced cleanliness. Additionally, one side of the hotel’s ground floor was under construction, resulting in dust accumulation. The beach could have been cleaner, though this was partly due to some guests not using the provided trash bins. Food/Drinks: 3/5 The food and drinks were perhaps the most disappointing aspect of our stay. The buffet concept with multiple stations where you had to order and wait felt cumbersome. The variety and quality of fruits and vegetables were lacking, though the staff did respond to our feedback by providing more options the next day. The soft drinks and alcohol were of low quality, and despite some a la carte restaurants being better than the main one, we felt unwell after dining there. Amenities: 4/5 The resort boasts a decent main pool, though it was not crowded, the availability of sunbeds was limited despite ample space around the pool area. The heated pool wasn’t heated, likely because of the already warm weather. The beach was a highlight, with a beautiful coral reef perfect for daily snorkeling. However, the limited number of sunbeds and the frequent interruptions by people offering various activities were drawbacks. Staff: 3/5 One noticeable aspect was the staff's attitude. Unfortunately, they weren't particularly polite or friendly unless tipped. This detracted from the overall experience, as we expected more consistent hospitality from a luxury resort.

Stayed there 7 days at the end of April 2024...half of the resort is a construction site.Paid for pool view I was given once a wall view the second time construction site view, only the third time I got what I paid for. Food extremely poor low variety everything is drowned in disgusting sauces...butter only twice in 7 days, bread always not fresh.Personnel busy with taking the plates off of the table they don t have time for table serving.Boring "sushi kitchen'..sushi in the morning at lunch and for dinner...not with avocado but with cucumber and a pink fish...don t know what it is....deserts unattractive, drinks and coktails OK, but cannot buy one bottle of fine wine. The people at the bar are OK . Better eat at Piramysa which is 4 star but the food is better...even the personnel of VLux goes there to eat:-)). Entertainment poor... better at Pyramisa, beach bar and food better at Pyramisa. Food is really 3star, not more, management and chef should go and check resorts with similar prices, there is no comparison whatsoever. Rarely grilled products, of course it s cheaper to serve pieces of meat drowned in sauces... I have been six times in Hurghada I have terms of comparison, this resort is not what you want.They need URGENT change in management and kitchen staff and chef. Beach OK, water OK. Everything that the management in VLux does not touch looks OK :-)

Great luxury hotel with great food, great service, especially the head waiter Ahmed, who took care of the service at every meal.Very nice and helpful Reda who cleans the rooms. Food at the highest level. Amazing views, wonderful holidays. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had an awesome time at the V luxury hotel, great ambiance and good food. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Khloud at the seven senses for her warm welcoming and for her hospitality with her lovely smile. She is always ready to help. Thank you for making our dining and stay experiences irreplaceable and heartwarming. It was a great pleasure to stay with you.

The hotel is great, with beatiful beach, food and employees, espexially Amr. The disadvantage is that it the floor is slippery everywhere, so it's dangerous, so you must be very careful. Is located in the most beautiful part of the bay!!!!!!

I am writing about my impressions of the vacation, if it can be called a vacation at all, because it was stressful for me. Novatours from Estonia sent me to V Luxury resort for the dates of March 2-9/03, I asked for a renovated resort and was willing to pay for it, I did not save. I wrote in the notes that I don't want yellow walls, when I arrived I was given a room with exactly yellow walls and two separate beds, after conversations and making sure that there were no other rooms, I was changed and given a room. me the one i booked i have no complaints about the room i was not in but they put me on the same floor where the other rooms were being renovated!!! From morning to night, the rooms on the same floor were being repaired, furniture was being changed, and it was noisy during the entire stay. The rooms themselves are also very thin walls, the audibility is very strong, I could never sleep and relax during the day! In addition to this renovation, there was also a building under construction on the hotel grounds!! They drilled and made noise from morning to night. If you are lying near the pool or even by the sea, you can hear drilling constantly. I asked for a renovated or new hotel, but I did not ask to spend my vacation on a construction site. There were very strong winds, I never swam in a normal pool, only a couple of times in a heated pool. There were stones everywhere in the sea, I didn't go there because it was also cold. The evening entertainment was on the roof of a building or restaurant, which was blown by strong winds from all sides, on the 4th day I just got sick and I am still sick. Food - I visited almost all the a la carte restaurants, none of the restaurants had food like the restaurant, it was the kind of food that you can prepare yourself in minutes. The restaurant on the beach served the same dry burgers every day... The main restaurant has no lactose or gluten free products at all. The reception staff were very rude for the first few days until I started to complain that this is not the way to treat guests!! Ahmed, who works at the hotel, tried to do something to improve this holiday, made restaurant reservations and was attentive to complaints, but even that could not improve this completely ruined holiday. I was so unsatisfied with my vacation that I just never want to return to Egypt and the worst thing about this situation is that the agent did not warn me that the hotel was under full construction! Flying so many hours to spend a whole week surrounded by noise is not at all what I paid for.
