泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

This hotel was magical. The staff in the hotel were fantastic, especially Khalaf Aziz and his team of staff in the Italian restaurant and pool bar. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations and ensure that my stay was incredible. They planned a very successful Halloween Event down at the beach and no expense was spared to create the most enjoyable evening. I would highly recommend staying here and will return myself. Our first time in Egypt . We went to the Sheraton hotel in El Gouna. It was a good experience. Nice staff and a Nice room. We had a lot of fun at the beachbar. Islam, Ali and Mahmoud and the rest of the team are great. Don’t forget to try the ala carte restaurant. Real Nice Egytian food right on the beach.

Home from an exceptional 10 days at the Sheraton! I could not rate this hotel highly enough. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean and brilliant food, everything was perfect. But what really makes this hotel stand out above the rest is the staff and the service you receive. Too many wonderful people to name them all but a big thank you to Mai, Shams and Amany from guest services. These ladies helped us with anything and everything. Always with a smile and a wave, they really are a credit to the hotel. Thank you especially to Amany for a brilliant walking tour of Downtown, provided for free by the hotel, which we really enjoyed. You are spoilt for choice for beaches at this hotel, all clean and well maintained and all with drinks service. Relaxation beach for us was what a holiday is all about, outstanding. The pool area is also well maintained and kept very clean and tidy. Mohammed Hassan made sure we had beach towels as soon as we arrived and was always on hand for umbrellas and pool beds. It was a pleasure to see him every morning. Ahmad Fawzy also made sure we were well looked after around the pool, always with a smile and a joke, thank you. The food in the Miramar restaurant was excellent. Obviously with a buffet there is some repetition, but always enough choice to avoid this if you wanted to. As a vegetarian I was very impressed. Also noted that they cater for GF and provide alternative milk too. Big thank you to Mahmoud Nasser who looked after us at each meal. An absolute gentleman. We used the Dine Around option 3 times during our stay and really enjoyed being able to try other hotels. But it does make you appreciate how good the Sheraton is in comparison. The Steigenberger had excellent food but very poor service from rude restaurant staff. If you are thinking about visiting El Gouna for the first time, do it! Absolutely beautiful place with lovely people. We're already looking to book the Sheraton again for next year. Thank you all!
