我第一天到我給的好評 因為感覺環境還不錯 然後我又續房了4天 四天沒有給我收拾衞生 衹是換了個床上用品，真的很無賴這個酒店 為了坑你錢 騎馬40分鐘也要我們120美金 沖沙就一輛摩託車 我們兩個人坐的要我們200美金 結果我們去市中心旅行社問17美金一人 還有我要坐飛機酒店為了多掙我錢給我做的PAR 100美金 結果我被機場趕出來 告訴我做的不是PAR 然後我要求酒店給我賠償 他們推卸責任 説是我自己選擇的，我有毛病嗎 我的飛機不坐我選擇PAR？ 一幫無賴

I have been staying in baron sahl hashesh for 4 days , the hotel is amazing and has a perfect view and a**osphere. The food is very delicious and have alot of variety. The drinks have a perfect taste and quality. The staff are very helpful and cooperative. Rooms have a nice view and an amazing smell. I really like the heated pool specially that we are in winter .Special Thanks To Mr Reda Etawy who is always giving hand just to please us . I will never stop recommending this hotel

We visited this hotel in 2019 and it has maintained its high quality and outstanding customer service. The food is exceptional with so many choices at each meal and it is clear that a high level of pride and care has been put into making the dishes. T he location and grounds are wonderful and the whole resort is spotlessly clean. However, it is the staff who really make the difference here and every single member was keen to make sure that our stay was the best and all were welcoming kind and engaging throughout. Reception staff were welcoming, the ladies serving drinks in the lobby area (where an excellent pianist plays on a grand piano each evening for a few hours) were warm and friendly, -as were all the restaurant and bar staff. Particular mention of the toilets which are spotless - cleaned throughout the day and it is clear that the staff all take great pride in their work to ensure that the guests have the best experience possible. We would have absolutely no reservation in recommending this hotel or to returning again ourselves. Indeed there is nothing we could say to criticise it. Thank you.

The hotel is huge, rooms are spacious, amazing landscape, various restaurants serving dinner, helpful team and amazing service special thanks to Mr. HADER AMMAR & SHABAAN GAMIL with their smile and their willingness to help, spa is nice but with little capacity

A most wonderful experience! The staff was very attentive and the whole hotel super clean and amazing. We had the all inclusive club membership and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone who just wants to escape from it all.

The staff was nice except the receptionist he doesnt even smile. I dont know why they making him working at the front desk. I got sick from the Italian food at my first night and solvakian guest was sick as well. When I reported they didn't do anything about it. I guess i should be dieing so that they act. Next day I saw a rat in the tree near the infinity restaurant on the entrance to the swimming pool mantatince area, but it ran quickly didn't have much time to take photo for it. And felt so disgusting about the food the rest of my stay I was avoiding eating. The adult pool wasnt heated as well as the infinity pool. And when asked to upgrade my room to a room on the heated pool they refused, or they can heat the adult pool up they refused and said it costs them alot to heat the pool. And they wanted me to pay more money to make an upgrade for my room to be a swim suit on the heated pools, despite my stay was premium all inclusive and I save them alot of money because I dont drink alcohol and I dont eat much I even skip alot of meals. and only around 40 guest in all the hotel so the rooms was empty anyway. They said also they dont heat all pools in winter as it costs much. alought it is written on booking it is open all year. i dont know what they meant by it maybe open to watch it. . The room was very clean and view is great (sea view) but the room was without bathtub, only walking shower. The Mexican restaurant was very nice. The sea also was nice but no toilets near the sea you have to walk alot to get to the closest toilet. overall experience the hotel is overrated and overprice. you get better quality and better service for half amount of this money.

My boyfriend and me spent one week here on holiday and I must say that everything was excellent! The location of the hotel is directly at the beach. As for the room, even though it wasn't on the seaside it was beautiful and very comfortable, was always cleaned. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a trip. Beautiful hotel staff, extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choices. The restaurants and dinner buffet where also very good! Great service. Will be going back!

This is our third year here. A stunning hotel with a fantastic range of food available. The staff are incredibly attentive and focused on making the stay a wonderful experience. Our only complaint is that we can't yet book it again in 2025 due to the calendar not yet open. Come. You won't be disappointed!
