Personellerin mutsuzluğu , hijyen ,kılık kıyafet , yemeklerin berbatlığı, otelin kasveti, odamizda bizden önceki misafirden kalan karpuzlar ...vs vs vs yazdıkça yazasım geliyor. Bu kadar paraya bu kadar hizmet diye düşünebilirsiniz lakin şuan başka bir oteldeyiz çok saha uygun fiyata daha iyi koşullarda. Kötü bir tecrübeydi.

Gittiğim en berbat otel diyebilirim. 1 günlük rezervasyon yaptırmıştım.Bu gün resmen koşarak çıktık. Şuan baska bir oteldeyiz. Hawaii sadece aqua parktan ibaret bir otel kahvaltı öğlen ve akşam yemeği berbattı. Kahvaltida süt aldım çalısana bu süt mü süt tozu mu dedim. Tepki yok . Bi 5 dakika sonra süte daha çok benzeyen birsey getirdiler Personellerin mutsuzluğu yüzlerinden okunuyordu. Odaya su yastık ve alez istedik. Kapıya sadece suyu bırakıp gitmişler. Personele soru sormaya çekindik resmen. İşletmelere yorum yazarken birini işinden eder miyim diye hep endişe ile yazarım ama bu işletmede altta çalışan personelden ziyade tepedeki kişilerin değişmesi lazım.

Hello, I will start with the issue of privacy in this Resort So at 5:00 in the morning the prayer would start on the speaker of the resort even if not at a high volume but it was quite disturbing after which we continued all day from about 8:00 the music would start until in the evening at 10:30then at 8:00 the cleaning man would show up and he doesn't care if you want to sleep because he wants to clean the room, there was no do not disturb sign hanging on the door and that's how you woke up first thing in the morning without wanting to, as far as the meal is concerned, it is not on any menu adapted to people from Europe and as such you eat what you can. So I only ate grilled chicken and rice in a week. These people have nothing to do with management or organization, everyone gets angry everywhere they push in front of you and it seems that no one cares, everywhere in the resort employees are waiting for coins to perform the task for which they are paid. At the reception I asked for information in English about check out and transfer to the airport and the same total indifference.So in the room all the furniture was peeling and in the bathroom the toilet cover had turned from white to yellow.Outside the hotel everything was OK from the garden to the pools everything maintained exemplary manners .

This is hotel to whitch noone should go. Simply dont waist your time, nervs and health. 1. Food - brakfast, I could easily say there is no breakfast. 2. Lunch and dinner always the same thing, grilled chicken rice and pasta. After 7 days of grilled chicken I will need to have a break from any kind of chicken. Fish was simply awful. 3. Alchohol, first time in my life I saw how beer was mixed with water and served to customers, the same was done to other drinks. After asking why are they doing it and can they pour fresh beer to me, answer was, it is hotels policy. Well, my policy, never again to that hotel. Room service: seemed that they were saving toilet paper too :) There are more things, but my recommendation to you my dear reader is simply avoid this hotel! Regards, Satalana!

Hotel was ok but rooms a bit tired. We were only English people there. Food was pretty awful as was the dining area. Nothing was ever hot. Birds flying around and if you left food unattended they are feeding off the plates. Nile cruise was a very mixed experience. We were greeted by the rep who instructed us on how much of a tip we would be expected to pay per person to him at the end if our stay. If you disagreed were told our bags would not be carried off the boat to the coach. Quite intimidating , also be wary any where you go . Very poor area and beggars everywhere. My purse was stolen while in the dining room at breakfast be vigilant. Snorkelling experience was wonderful. Over all memorable holiday for all the wrong reasons .

On arrival the first time, reception were helpful and our room had a large balcony overlooking the swimming pools. No bottled water in the room and when I asked at the bar, I was told bottled water was not included in the all inclusive package!! No snacks available between meal times. Food was plain and bland. On our return here for our last 2 nights we were made to wait for 10mins for them to confirm our room and they were quite rude when I showed them our printed confirmation. On entering the room, the toilet had poo on it, on telling reception they did clean it straight away. Hand soap was broke and leaked all over the worktop. They just put more soap in which leaked out again overnight. Grounds are spotless and kids pool was heated. Slides only open 3 hrs a day. Reception staff need improving. Drinks were not nice. Would stay in marina area next time.

The food is the worst WORST food you may ever taste in your whole life ,I am paying for all inclusive and I am hungry!! If I didn't bring food from home with me I'd be doomed ,the taste is not poor it's the worst than the worst you would ever try in your life , some things are hard to taste that bad ,but yet they managed to make it disgusting, no shampoo ,you have to ask for water or toilet paper, hot drinks are disgusting and no mocha just tea and herbs and disgusting coffee 🤮 at the pool there's late and cuppichino also🤮🤮 the snaks are one hour a day alsooo 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Gardens are good pools are Cold ,aqua park is fine Rooms and bed sheets and pillows are a disaster

This hotel is more 2*. Absolutely filthy ditty, I even walked the manager to shoe him and he denied the clearly visible. The staff are all rude or more to the point, don't care. The food gave me food poisoning along with 2 others in my party. The water slides wobble when used....A death trap. I had to book and pay for another hotel as couldn't bare to stay there a minute longer.
