Otele 7 gecelik rezervasyon yaptırdık. Manzara pitoreskti. Ev bakımı son derece kötü bir iş çıkardı. Banyo hiç yıkanmadı. Kanalizasyonlar çok kötü kokuyordu! Zemin zar zor temizlendi Çarşaflar bir kez değiştirildi. Balkonun her yerinde kuş pisliği vardı ve yalnızca bir kez temizlendi. Odada hiçbir şey ayarlanmamıştı. Güzel otel. KORKUNÇ ev bakımı

We are just leaving this amazing place and what a week we had! Sun,sea,corals and amazing staff in the hotel made our stay really memorable. From all animation staff,who entertained not just our four year old Olivia beyond their working hours. Special thank you goes to Luna( our Colombiana) and of course Olivia's future husband Ferdinand ( love at the first sight). But what would the holiday be without good food? It is amazing! We have been treated like royalty by Executive chef Rafat every day, including personal table services and surprise seafood dinner.We felt really special! Dining room staff was all amazing. So Massive Thank you to you all,sad day as we have to leave,but we sure will return. P.S we have been coming to Egypt for over twenty years, but thiswas THE BEST stay we ever had.

Good family holiday nice place for children, the hotel manager is kind and sorted a problem which I had with one of the reception staff. As we checked in late they allowed us to check out late also which was very kind of them. Special thanks to Fida who is on the catering team, always attended to our needs promptly.

I had a very bad experience in Pyramisa, we where in a hotell about 21 in the evening and I got my baby cot 01.00. Look photos!!! My man threw it out. I had to go to retception and yes, I made a noise there-what the hell is that,my child wont sleep in that, you are 5* hotell or what is that? 01.30 I got a little better bed and finally I can but my baby to sleep. They dont know what means cleaning. They do beautiful things on your bed to get money but not cleaning, dirty everywhere. All around the hotel,beach and streets,promemad was very nice.

Staying at Pyramisa Resort for 7 nights was a delightful experience. The reception staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in. The accommodations were comfortable, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and a cozy ambiance. The highlight was the snorkeling experience – the resort's location provided access to stunning underwater landscapes, making it a memorable stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation

The hotel is great for active hotel guests, guests who want to relax and for families. The arrival was very pleasant and we were very well looked after. On the beach the animation staff were always friendly and helpful. The entertainer Astro always played games with us, was always happy and could laugh with us. At this point we would also like to praise the work of Astro, Aya, Jackson, Aladdin, Mariam and Lee. Unfortunately, the Russian entertainers were rather absent and didn't say a single word to us.
