It was really nice holiday with my family, we enjoyed all activities, the food is delicious, service is perfect, amazing friendly staff, the entertainment are doing a great job for all the shows, many out side actions, as well Wellfit activity and classes and nice tools in the Gym and nice paddle court, sun downer area is full of life we enjoy watching the sun go behind the mountain. Finally amazing time in ROBINSON Club Soma Bay.

We have had a wonderful 10 days at Robinson soma bay. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and picturesque. We relaxed by the pool and had drinks in the bar enjoying live music and entertainment in the evening. All staff have been very friendly and accommodating.Special shout out to Alaa & Shaad in the restaurant who was so warm and attentive and to the bar staff.The weather was perfect.Food variety excellent and well presented. Definitely value for money and we would certainly come back.we have loved our lovely relaxing holiday.

Robinson Somabay is a beautiful resort located 30 mins away from Hurghada on Egypt's Red Sea coast. It is a popular destination for tourists looking for exceptional and relaxing beach vacation. 1. Location and Scenery: Robinson Somabay is situated in a stunning location with Sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking views of the Red Sea. There is a place called Jetty it’s the best in the world for Diving and snorkelling (don’t miss it when you go to Somabay)! 2. Accommodation: The hotel offers full board, you can eat and drink all day, food is excellent! 3. Facilities and Activities: the hotel has special beach experience to a whole new level with live music on the beach to watch sunset and beach volley it provides a range of facilities and activities to keep guests entertained all time like live music, volleyball, diving, snorkelling 🤿 , kite surfing 🏄‍♀️, peddling boats, etc . Somabay have stunning Golf course by the sea. 4. Dining Options: There are several dining options outside the hotel , including restaurants that serve a variety of cuisines, ranging from local Egyptian dishes to international favorites. The quality of food at restaurants generally good, and hotel food is Excellent 👌 5. Service and Hospitality: The staff at Robinson are very friendly, the staff speak different languages the mains are as ( English, German, Russian, Italian). 6. Safety and Security: the hotel is very safe place, i forgot my headphone at Robinson beach and when called to check I found it at reception, and when we go swimming, we leave behind all our stuff on the resort beach with no issue. There is a security checking everyone ID before entering any resort. 7. Accessibility and Transportation: inside Somabay there are shuttle buses to take you anywhere inside Somabay, like golf cars to commute, you can rent it for whole day for 1000 LE and one hour 700 LE. Overall, Somabay is a Breathtaking place to relax and spend unforgettable experience! Don’t forget Sunset, it has breath Taking view to end your day 👍

We spent a very nice time at this surf station. Everything was easy from the beginning until the end of our holidays, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. All the windsurf equipment is professional and in very good condition. Thanks a lot to all of you for the good service and your open mind in case of disease!

We had an amazing time here - the food is stunning, the wellness activities varied and really accessible and best of all, the staff are gorgeously welcoming. My little boy (6) went to the Roby club daily for two hours in the morning and the afternoon, meaning I could have my own time, too. He loved the girls who looked after him and did loads of great activities. Totally recommend ❤️

Everything from arriving until leaving was lovely. Great staff, great activities, lovely vibes, of course outstanding food quality/variety, there is a lot of exciting events that nearly happen every couple of days, and for of that a very fairly and affordable prices. Surely would visit again.

We had a great time at Robinson Soma Bay - Olli as director is leading by example and always present, interacting with the guests and keeping the Robinson spirit high, which is reflected in any interaction with the anyone working there. The dining on the beach while enjoying the sunset is definitely a highlight. While the club is ideal for water sport fans (especially diving (ask for Benno with his 25 years of experience in the area), snorkeling, windsurfing and sailing; not too great for new kite surfing fans due to offshore wind and newly constructed villas which make it quite gusty) our kids loved the kids club (3-6) especially with Olivia and Neva and 7-12 with Alexandra. All of the “blue and whites” were great, but our kids loved the program and these three so much that they directly asked us to return. Thank you 🙏 We also enjoyed the sport programs (eg Emeka’s TRX training; Claudia’s Fascia approach highly recommended among others), and especially the guests brought some great additions (eg Olaf's air yoga or Oli’s hot iron cross).

We really wanted to go to Soma Bay Egypt as we heard the area is amazing for diving, snorkeling, windsurfing and kitesurfing. We have been to different Club Meds for many years and love the concept but they no longer have resorts in Egypt. We heard the Robinson resorts were created by former Club Med managers so we decided to give it a go. Unfortunately Robinson’s resort are targeting only German speaking customers and we wished we knew that beforehand. Their website might be in different languages but the international side stops here. We were LOST IN TRANSLATION our entire stay at Robinson Soma Bay. Nothing in the resort is meant for people who do not speak… German. We knew our kids could not go to the kids club because they only speak French and Dutch but we never thought this was the philosophy of the entire village. All communications are only made in German. As such, meals are only described in German and only very few few people speak English. Being French expats and having travelled a lot for work, we were very surprised by this. Because of the language barrier and the cultural gap, we never felt welcome at Robinson Soma Bay. We felt like expats in a foreign country the entire stay. We felt out of place. From the moment we arrived at the airport where it was hard to find the bus, to the first dinners were people looked at us because we were asking what the meals were or because we did not know about the dress code, until the last evening where everybody was wearing a Galabeya except us because, as we later understood, it was gifted by the hotel and we had to pick it up at the boutique as explained in a note entirely drafted in German with no English translation provided so we did not know. People were not at ease when talking to us. We felt excluded and I was dreading the moment we had to set foot in the restaurant. Last but not least, Egyptian security guards are trained to stop people who are not looking « white » enough. Because my husband does not have a nordic countries type (understand he has dark hair and was a bit too tanned to look like a German, Austrian or Swiss German), my husband was stopped several times by security who asked him to show proof that he was staying at the Robinson. They even called reception to verify he was a guest. Other guests felt safe. We felt ostracized. Don’t get me wrong, this is a really nice hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The reservation team booked us according to our wishes and I want to thank them for that. The food is very German but ok. There are not enough local specialties and that's a shame because they are just delicious. The beach is gorgeous. But... this resort is just NOT intended and organized to welcome guests from non German speaking countries nor make them feel welcome. I can totally understand this is meant for Germans, Austrians or Swiss German. But I wish Tui would have told us before we book our expensive stay for a family of 4. Overall this was the most unpl

Honestly its the place where the dream vacation can come true! The experience is unbelievable and diverse for all types of people. Whether you are want a trip with family, friends, couple, or even by yourself they offer you a program that fits your needs😍. I came to Robinson more times that I can count that it became another home to me the people there are unbelievably friendly and lovely. The food is out of this world and honestly everything was more than perfect. I personally recommend it to anyone who seeks the perfect vacation and peace of mind as its a dream place May we meet again Robinson❤️❤️❤️
