good resort especially for families
very good food
beach location isn't the best but it's good at all

Büyüleyici bir tatildi. Her şey olağanüstü. Tüm personel çok cana yakın ve yardımsever, özellikle ön büro müdürü Bay Ihab Ahmed. Aqua eğlenceliydi, ayrılırken çocuklarım çok üzüldü. Animasyon ekibi çok aktifti, çok eğlendik. Yemeklere gelince, büfe çok çeşitliydi. Kesinlikle tekrar ziyaret edeceğim.

Everything was perfect from room service till the manager assistance mr Ehab they were very helpful and always have smile faces , the main restaurant is good and i liked the Italian restaurant it was very nice experience, the animation team was very active and kids liked it

The main restaurant has a great variety of food every day. We tried the italian a la carte restaurant the food was delicious and the waiters were so hospitable. The snack bar food was good too. The drinks at every bar were very good. The aquapark and the waves pool were so fun, we all loved it so much. The main pool was nice and clean too. The foam party was so much fun. The beach at serenity alfa beach was nice. The rooms were so clean and neat. Thank you serenity for the best holiday we ever had. Special thanks for Mr. Abd-Allah the receptionist, Mr. Ramadan & Tarek at the pool bar and Mohamed at the main restaurant. That was our first time here and it won't be the last. Can't wait to see you again.

Had the best time here. 3 adults and 7 children for a week and couldn't have asked for better. The rooms were always clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The food was good with a good variety I clusing catering for one of our party who had gluten allergy with her own food made separately by the chef. I would have to say our trip was made the best by Kamal in the main restaurant. Always there to help find a table, brink our drinks. Went out of the way to make sure our 2 & 7 year old had what they needed to and made our experience all the more memorable. Hope to be back next year!!

Serenity Fun City is an amazing hotel. The experience from start to end was phenomenal. All the staff are fantastic from front desk to house keeping which makes your stay even better. Maria was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for me and my family (thank you dearly). The hotel was great, it ticked every box for our family (17, 15, 10, 9 year old all impressed). Food was delicious, waiting on staff are fantastic. Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels to a high standard. Water park was great and so was the main pool area. Luna park was good for the younger ones but we all had fun on the bumper cars. On days out we received breakfast boxes, which were nice. I have no bad comments about anything and neither do my children. I highly recommend this place for families and I am planning to return next year. Egypt is absolutely beautiful and amazing however I would suggest if you plan on traveling to the historic spots do not go in there Summer (the heat was stifling) and I love the heat but wow. It did not spoil our experience but it limited us to the amount of time we could spend outside.

Just arrived back from a week here and we had an amazing time! Omar on reception always had a smile On his face and was always very helpful if we needed anything. We had an upgraded room which was slightly dated but everywhere was immaculately clean. There was alot of food choice and always something to eat even for my fussy teenager! Waiters couldn't do enough for you and we're always very friendly! We booked trips via falcon and they were outstanding! Only downside would be the entertainment it was watchable but not the best I've seen whilst on holiday the sound system for the shows are shocking to the point that one act waked off stage and gave up!
